今天坐在这里发言，感到无比荣幸，我们的成绩能够被领导和老师们所承认，是全组成员莫大的的幸福，我们深知，我们并不是干得最好的年级，只不过是从一个蹒跚学步的娃娃学会了自己独立行走而已，这过程中，得到了领导如同对潜能生一般特有的关怀，得到了其他年级组热心的帮助，我们终于完成学校交给我们的基本任务，组内每一个成员也因此而迅速成长了起来。
下面，我作为一年级代表，向领导和老师汇报我们工作的点点滴滴。
常言道：成长的过程是一个充满艰辛，甚至孕育着痛苦的过程，如同一个生命的胚胎，要经过母体十月的孕育，直至分娩的阵痛，才有那一声生命响亮的啼哭，一年级组的的成长，也经历过一段这样的轨迹。
一年级上学期一共九人，除了龙林和周燕外，其他都是新老师，学生138人，年龄偏小，每班6岁以下的接近半数。
男生人数达到三分之二。
记得开学初，四个班主任老师对一切摸头不知脑，遇到问题大眼瞪小眼，不知什么问题找学生处，什么问题找后勤，什么问题找财务，对一些突发性问题是自己单独解决，还是请示领导
白天，像一只无头的苍蝇，到处乱撞，稍不小心，会有可能没做到一分钟到位，或该交的资料没有交，或是领导来巡视的时候，没有使用操作不很熟练的展示台和电脑，或因为教室里吵吵嚷嚷而弄得不知所措，听见铃声就冒汗，看见有意见的家长就发毛。
一天下来，整个人被弄得焦头烂额；晚上，又像一只热锅上的蚂蚁，忙得不知干什么才好，是家访，是备课，还是去办板报

中午，我们最迟进饭堂，下午，最迟出教室。
晚上，走得最迟的还是我们。
开学第一个月，我没有主动给家里打过一次电话，家里打来的电话也是寥寥几句就挂断，直到有一天，儿子在电话里说他做了一个梦，梦见我不要他了，我才猛然醒悟过来，自己与家里人的沟通太少了。
这期间，王巍瘦得是楚楚可怜，无数次的头疼，发烧，都一次一次地挺了过来。
伍海燕鼻子上的一个包越长越大，也没有工夫去医院，直到寒假回长沙才去看医生。
许维新是个急性子，整天急死了，气死了，烦死了地叫苦不迭。
郭冬玉一人教三个班的数学，有一次竟然差点晕倒在三班教室里…… 即便我们全身心投入工作，但我们并没有因此而取得成绩，一年级的常规纪律总是达不到要求，精神面貌也不尽如人意。
教师会上我们一般都低着头，只要不批评我们就长嘘一口气。
万事开头难，我们深深地体会到了其中的含义。
要说起我们第一次小小的胜仗，是上学期的运动会，记得我当时写下了这样一段话：一年级的老师真的让人感动：上午上课、跟班练队列，不怕烈日暴晒；中午，伏案批改同步测试、日记本，写字本，丝毫不马虎；晚上，又在备课，查资料，或和家长联系，一点也不觉麻烦。
他们没有回头想过今天一共工作了多少小时，是否需要休息了，只知道还有很多事等着去完成；他们也没有往前想过这样加倍地努力是否到头来却见不到成效，只知道目前的状况离学校的要求还有一段距离，还必须不断地努力……我们第一次得到了王校长的表扬，虽然只是对我们工作态度的肯定，但那已经足够了，我们像一个小孩子似的欢喜了好一阵。
现在回想起来，我们为自己的全身心投入工作而欣慰。
我们的敬业精神是在深圳实验学校这个大熔炉里炼出来的，我们为超越自我而兴奋。
有位名人说过，教师的高尚不在于他培养了多少科学家、艺术家，而在于他的细微之处，以高尚的师德影响人，培育人。

一年级组是一个有活力，有实力的团体，每个人都有自己的才干：王巍敢想敢做，有开拓精神；伍海燕有板有眼，踏实认真；刘坤温柔大度，吃苦耐劳；郭冬玉大方自信，颇有灵气；张秋花经验丰富，兢兢业业；楚小平多才多艺，做事有条理；龙琳见多识广，点子极多。
这样一个优秀的团体，如何把他们很好地凝聚起来，把他们的能力充分发挥出来呢
当我们为第一次得表扬而欢呼的时候，我在自责内疚的同时也暗暗下决心：努力吧，为了自己，也为了这些可爱的伙伴
从此，我遇到问题就请教杨波，孙安懿，有时还向张彦，赵谋元取经，有时，我会上楼，到各班教室外溜达溜达，留意观察高年级常规、学习的细微之处，觉得有可鉴之处，马上就在我们小团体实施起来。
有时，在网上或书中看到一些有创意的文章，就和老师们商量讨论，可行之处立即到班上试一试。
我们觉得低年级要快乐学习，要活而不乱，因而举行了一系列的激发学生积极性的课外竞赛活动：背书大王竞赛，笔顺大赛、查字典比赛、猜谜大赛，比赛准备充分，有记分员，有主持人，赛后有总结，有奖励。
过程精彩纷呈，有个人之间的评比，有班与班之间的较量，通过这样的竞赛活动，同学们喜欢朗读了，喜欢翻看课外书了，下课时追赶打闹的少了，取而代之的是猜谜语，脑筋急转弯和读儿歌。
张秋花和郭冬玉老师觉得这样的活动很有效果，也主动组织了数学速算比赛和我是小小数学家竞赛活动。
活动中，不断培养学生浓厚的学习兴趣，老师们也因此而分工合作，加强了交流，促进了相互了解，团队凝聚力也慢慢滋生、开花。
如果把每一位学生比作一粒希望的种子，实验学校就是一片孕育希望的土壤，而我们则是播种希望，播种太阳的使者。
在队列广播操比赛和合唱节中，老师们充分体现了他们的合作精神、集体荣誉感和作为一个合格教师高度的责任感。
开学工作刚忙完，楚小平就找了我，根据上期运动会的经验教训谈了他的计划和想法，早锻炼时，他除了训练武术生就是到各班进行队列指导，又抽空召集班主任老师学习了广播操，一个月的操练期间，班主任每节体育课都跟班，协助楚小平，力争不浪费一分钟时间。
郭冬玉，张秋花，每天早锻炼时都在对个别学生进行个别指导，龙林没有舞蹈训练时，也跑来帮忙。
有好的建议和做法大家会马上实施并及时改进，这期间，我们也得到了学生处宦主任的关心和支持。
比赛前夕，为了突破每一个细节，我们还在年级内进行了彩排，开展了比赛。
当看到一年级小朋友踏着整齐的步伐走进操场，做着标准有力的广播操时，我心潮澎湃，我们努力了，我们看见努力的成效了，一年级的学生进步了，一年级的老师也磨练出来了，成长起来了
队列广播操比赛刚过，龙林已经跃跃欲试，复印歌谱，选择道具，编排动作，培养指挥员，早锻炼和下午的时间也都已经排得满满的，不错过一个练习的机会，不浪费一刻练习的时间。
业余指挥员也上场了，有老师，有学生，尽管不专业，却也有板有眼，一年级在第一届合唱节中，又不负众望，取得了优异的成绩。
难能可贵的是，我们没有沉浸在胜利的欢乐中，已早早进入了本期最艰巨的一战——用可喜的成绩向家长汇报，请大家看看这些画面吧：周末，王巍、郭冬玉在为学生补课，每掌握一个知识点，还会有奖赏呢，小孩子喜滋滋的。
下课了，刘坤、伍海燕在与学生谈心，交流，沟通，关注着每一个孩子。
操场上，张秋花、郭冬玉不失时机地接近孩子，了解学生思想，培养感情。
饭堂里，几位班主任老师又在探讨，交流，分配任务。
游乐场边，形体室里，楚小平、龙林对他们的弟子毫不松懈。
有的老师虽然不是我们年级组成员，却仍然对一年级小朋友倾注了满腔热情：放学了，沈薇、王婧正耐心细致地教学生读英语呢，那么专注，那么认真。
教室里，吴粤、徐传莹不断变着花招，吸引孩子们，驯服孩子们。

这样的画面不胜枚举，时间关系，此不累赘。
当然，我们的工作有遗漏，有失误，有时走弯路，有时做无用功，我们在合作时也曾有摩擦，我们的业务水平有待于不断提高，我们的教育理念有待于不断更新，我们有待于不断地完善自己，还有许多的难题摆在我们面前。
但我们有了一个良好的开端，我们有信心，有勇气去面对作为一个实验人所要克服的困难。
我们将在深圳实验这块沃土的培育下，成长，壮大。
今天，我罗罗嗦嗦说了这么多，最后，我还想和各位说几句心坎话：我们的路还很长，不管有多坎坷，只要你把它当作一次经历，一次磨练，你会为你比别人的经历丰富而自豪，你会为自己经受得住磨练而骄傲。
