关于高考的认识大家好。
今天我演讲的题目是关于高考的认识 高考是走向高等学府唯一途径。
特别现在看看上个好大学的作用。
名牌大学出来的学生，平均工资更高。
因为好学校的环境和层次是一般学校所不能比拟的。
所以很多人都想上名校垃圾系，也不上垃圾学校的王牌专业。
甚至有的人说不公平，说这是一锤子买卖。
我觉得不尽然。
我觉得高考就是对学生知识掌握情况的选拔。
怎样才能在高考中发挥得好呢
基础知识过硬，具有良好的心理素质。
怎么才能练就良好的心理素质呢
首先，告诉自己紧张是正常的。
面对被誉为“天下第一考”的高考，面对竞争激烈的社会，所以对绝大部分高三的学生来说，高考是他们人生第一次最重要的抉择，所以，高三的学生紧张焦虑是再正常不过的事情了。
高三的学生要直面自己内心的紧张和压力。
其次，要顺其自然，关注过程。
过度紧张和过度松弛都不利于成绩的发挥，只有适度的紧张才能淋漓尽致地发挥自己的水平。
所为的适度紧张应该是：顺其自然、关注过程。
所谓“顺其自然”就是说，高三的学生不要轻易打乱生活和学习的节奏，尤其是不要轻易打乱原来的作息习惯、体育锻炼习惯，同时锻炼也是改善消极心理。
所谓“关注过程”就是遵循高考的规律，关注为高考所做的准备过程，不要过分关注高考的结果。
很多的学校、家长，学生、乃至整个社会对高考赋予了太多的内涵，赋予了高考太多的功能：高考的成功=人生的成功。
反之，高考的失利=人生的失败。
所以整个社会过分关注高考的结果，大家都知道过程和结果是相对的。
有人把高考作为高三学生的终极目标。
其实，对人生来说，高考也是一个重要过程。
如果要把高考作为一个结果的话，高三的质量检测就是过程考试。
过分关注结果会增加学生的紧张和焦虑程度。
很多学习焦虑的学生就是因为他们过分关注高考的结果。
这些学生休息不好，情绪低落，学习效率低下，每次考试的结果都会被他们自己不幸“言中”。
其实，我们可以换一个角度思考问题：为了取得高考的成功，我现在最需要做什么呢
我现在还能做什么呢
我要立刻行动，我要用行动来实现我的梦想，我要用行动来实现我的目标。
做好充分的准备， 俗话说得好：艺高人胆大。
这里的“艺高”指的是水平高。
对于高三的学生来说，我认为把这句话改为“做好充分准备的人胆子大”更合适。
这里的充分准备主要指的是对基础知识的充分准备。
高考对人智力的要求不是挑战性的，再加上现在如此高的升学率。
所以，高考题目也体现了“和谐社会”的要求。
高考主要考察基础知识以及对基础知识的灵活应用。
几乎没有偏题、怪题。
特别难的题目也很少。
所以高考失利的学生大多失利在基础知识上。
高考考查的能力虽然不全面，但是，如果具有上诉素质的年轻人，绝对是未来的栋梁。
通过高考路的人，未来的前景会更加光芒。
