Growing pains and gains Ladies and gentlemen , good afternoon! I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech .Today my topic is “Growing pains and gains” . I hope you will like it . How time flies!I am a student in grade nine and facing the first point in my school life .This title “Growing pains and gains ”reminds me of the meaningful school life .The colorful life is full of my happiness and sorrow .At school ,I have to take a lot of lessons .Some are interesting,while some are boring .But it’s the responsibility of the students to learn them all well .I have to try my best to study hard .During my growing time ,a lot of trouble worries me .That’s awful and makes me blue. Although I met a lot of failure , I still have a lot of gains . I can make a priceless friendship , I can learn a large number of useful things --to be kind ,to be friendly to others ,to be confident and to be independent and so on . I think growing pains and gains are countless. But they play an important role in my life and make my life colorful .And as time pass by, we are getting older , at the meantime we lost something we will never get back . So everybody please treasure what we have and what others gives or teaches you .And let’s fight , fight for our future !女士们学生们，下午好。

时间过的真快，我是一名九年级的学生，然后面临着我学生时代的第一个转折点。
这个题目“成长的烦恼和快乐”使我想起了学校有意义的生活。
我的五彩缤纷的生活充满了快乐和悲伤。
在学校，我得上许多的课，有些很有意思，有些很无聊。
但是把这些课上好是我们学生的职责。
我必须尽我最大的努力好好学习。
在我成长期间，许多麻烦让我烦恼。
那太糟糕了，使我很忧郁。
尽管我失败了很多次，我仍有很多收益。
我可以有一个无价的友谊，我可以学到一些有用的事情----待人友善，对别人友善，自信，独立等等。
我认为成长的痛苦和获得是不计其数的，但它们在我生命中扮演着重要的角色，并使我的生活丰富多彩。
时间在流逝，我们也长大了，同时我们也失去了一些我们永远找不回来的东西了。
所以，同学们，珍惜我们所拥有的，和别人给予或者授予我们的。

Growing pains Day after day,that apple tree outside the window also knows that I grew up in. 一天又一天，窗外那颗苹果树也知道我在长大

Day after day,I have gradually forgotten the apple tree outside the window! 一天又一天，我渐渐的遗忘了窗外的苹果树
After more to give up and failure,back home I found that the apple tree had disappeared! 在经历更多退缩与失败后，回到家的我却发现，那颗苹果树已经消失
Endless regret filled my heart,maybe, maybe... 无尽的懊悔充斥我的心中，也许也许... But I know the time such as water,and lost time will not have again! 但我知道时间如流水，失去的年华不会再有
I also thought about more... 我还想到了更多...... When set out again before I go to school 当再次出发去学校之前， I did a few things,spent half a day learn to skip rope and learn to ride a bikewith two days，planted an apple tree in the window once again. 我做了几件事：用了半天的时间学会跳绳，用了两天时间学会骑自行车,在窗外再次栽了一株苹果树. Don't want to fail,don't give up, 不愿失败，就不要一直放弃
Don't want to regret,just try again, 不愿一直后悔，就再尝试
Life is only once,we have now and in the future。
人生只有一次，我们有现在和未来。

我已经走过了14年的春夏秋冬，真怀念过去的点点滴滴。
怀念依偎在父母怀里温暖、快乐的感觉，怀念听着摇篮曲进入梦乡的那份恬静。
那时的我是多么的无拘无束，无牵无挂，快乐自在，生活在我的五彩斑斓的童年梦中。
时间从我的身边慢慢流逝，我也背上了书包，戴上了红领巾成为一名少先队员，从此，我便走进了神奇的殿堂。
在老师的带领下，我遨游在知识的海洋里，对各门功课都很感兴趣，聪明好学的我，成绩一直在班里名列前矛，在班里一直担任班长，特别在英语方面连续二年参加全国奥林匹克竞赛，都获得了一等奖，还有证书，我从没为此骄傲过，更是我学习的动力。
转眼间，告别了小学的学习生活，迎来了丰富多彩的初中生活，也为我提供了广阔的发展空间。
青春之路，我一定不会让路的茫然、路的飘渺遮蔽双眼，我将要挥起手中的彩笔，奋力的摇之一挥，挥出青春的绚丽，挥出青春的搏击风雨之坚韧，挥出人间的尽善尽美，挥出“甲光向日金鳞开”的乐观。
人的每一步都在书写自己的历史。
长大了，一种成长的喜悦陪我度过精彩的每一分、每一秒。
但烦恼也会让我感到生活之艰辛，学习之压力，同时也会让我变得更坚强，有足够的信心与勇气，让我去面对生活的考验，不断完善自己，超越自己。
每个人都有自己的成长之路，让我拥有一颗平常心，学会在平淡日子里生活，享受成长所带给我的一切感受。
我无法决定生命的长度，但我可以拓展生命的宽度。

Blue Planet We all have a common home. She provides us with enough food, enough water and enough living room. We get everything from the nature to live better, but we donnot do anything to protect her. How the air is polluted; the earth is poisoned; water is unsafe to drink and rubbish is burying the civilization that man owns. Our environment is being polluted faster than nature and man's present efforts can prevent. Time is bringing us more people, and more people will bring us more industry. So many trees will be cut down, and more large cities will be set up. Lots of waste material, in return, is produced and harms the environment. So some experts declare that the balance of nature is being upset, so that the very survival of man is in danger. How can we solve this problem? The answer is that we must control the speed of growing people, forbid everyone to cut down trees and pour waste water into rivers and so on.
