老人摔倒扶不扶演讲稿
前不久，首都经贸大学等3所高校联合发布“社会信任问题的大陆消费者民意调查”，就目前热议的“老人摔倒该不该扶”问题，高达87.4%的民众认为不能扶老人的原因是怕惹祸上身。
针对时下热议的“老人摔倒该不该扶”问题，高达64.8%的受访者认为该扶起老人；26.9%的民众认为不好说，视情况而定；仅8%的民众认为不该扶。
调查组工作人员表示，该数据显示，社会道德观念虽然存在，但社会的信任危机导致道德判断受到冲击。
另一组数据调查显示，7.2%的民众认为不扶的主要原因是事不关己，因而冷漠置之；而高达87.4%的民众认为不能扶老人是因为怕惹祸上身，这其实是社会信任危机的最根本体现；还有5.3%的受访者认为医疗知识不足、怕给老人带来更大伤害是不扶老人的主要原因。
不久，南京台园小区内，又有一名七旬老太在回家途中，不慎滚下台阶受伤，瘫坐在地上动弹不得，附近居民看见了无一人伸出援手。
40分钟后，直到120急救医生赶到，老太才从地上被扶起，并送往附近医院救治。
按照常理来说，一位七旬老太摔倒在地，附近居民应该把她扶起来，尊老爱幼是中华民族的传统美德。

我觉得在大学里问老人摔倒该不该扶是一个悖论，如果老人摔倒了，毫无疑问肯定是要扶的。

按照这样逻辑是不是还要讨论一下我们该不该接受那种思想道德教育
我不容否认，当今的社会内确实存在这么一种现象，但也只是少部分的个案，我们不能因为一些个案就不接受那些好的思想，就不去帮助别人，否认我们优良的道德价值观，老人摔倒扶不扶只不过是被社会化了，但学校不应该被这种社会化而影响自己的教育价值观，所以这样的话题只适合在社会中讨论，在大学讨论就是一个悖论。
如果连“老人摔倒该不该扶”这样的基本常识性问题还能在大学去大做文章搞讨论的话，那么难道“坐公交车要不要给老人让座”也要辨论
在公共场所该不该乱扔垃圾也要辨论
在公共场所该不该随地吐痰也要辨论
同学之间该不该讲脏话也要辩论
……按照这样的思维逻辑，那在大学讨论的东西太多了，那么以前所学的思想品德观念有多大意义呢
这种对于“老人摔倒该不该扶”的讨论本身就是对我们中华几千年优秀文化的一种蔑视和颠覆，实质上就是在怀疑我们社会主义道德观是否出了问题，就算别人扶了老人最后自己赔偿损失，虽然于私心理是很不平衡的，但他帮助老人的初衷是好的，并没有违背我们的道德价值观，还是能散发出人性的真善美，相反我们还更能认清社会的复杂性，以及更进一步的去了解社会，因此这就是社会的真实性，但不能因此否认这种帮助的意义，更不能认为这种帮助是错误的，可能在目前这种很不成熟的社会阶段里，这只能说明我们国人的综合素养相比国外还是有所差距的，不容否认这种现象在当下的社会阶段可能还会反应出来，因为国民素质水平还不是很高，所以遇到这样的情况也很正常，但我相信随着这种思想教育的深刻认识，人们的思想觉悟会不断提高，以后可能也就不会存在类似于“老人摔倒该不该扶”这样的讨论了。
按照理论上来讲，这样的话题是没有必要讨论的，但在社会当中吃哑巴亏的问题频繁发生，越发突出，就变成了一种社会病态，以至于让现在的大学也感冒，并且走火入魔失去了自己基本的事实判别能力和认知能力，一下把简单的问题复杂化了，可见这种病毒具有非常强的渗透力和传播力的。
说起“老人摔倒该不该扶”这个话题突然让我起一个非常简单的道理，可能我们同学在学校经常都会遇到这样的情况。
假如你在一个同学后面排队打开水，当时就你们两个人，前面那个同学在打开水的过程中突然内急中途离开，但杯子仍然放在那水管下接水，他也没有跟你说，也有可能他忘记说了；但是你看到他杯子就快要装满了，这时候你是会眼睁睁看到他杯子的水溢出来视而不见还是帮他把杯子移走
正常人的回答都是把杯子移走，这时候把杯子移走就是没有理由的，虽然没有人告诉你需要帮助，但是杯子里的水对你已经形成了条件反射，暗示需要你的帮助，这种暗示不需要声音，不需要语言，只需要大脑的潜意识行为，因为我们知道水溢出来会浪费更多的水资源，所以把杯子移走是一种习惯性行为，是理所当然的，每个同学遇到这样情况基本上都会按照这样的思路去做的。
所以，这样的问题也就没有必要当作公众话题来辩论来讨论了，那样在外人看来只是一种笑话，成为别人的一个笑柄。
