For Example, most teenagers get pressured into getting good grades or to push themselves to take chances and that's what we need to have in our lives. A little extra something to help us build up our self-confidence.也许有人不太同意我，但是同龄人压力有时候并不是坏事．它可以在很多不同的事情上对人产生帮助．例如：许多青少年要求自己取得好成绩或者迫使自己得到机会，这就是我们生活中所需要的好一一面．可以建立我们自信的那么一点点小事情．This Pressure can also be a bad thing. Just as it helps to push us to do well it can damage the emotional health of a person as well.
