亲爱的老师同学们： 大家好
××年的秋天，在××大学最美的时候，我来到了××大学。
我相信每一个刚进入的大学的同学都心潮澎湃，壮志凌云。
因为，从此我们踏上了一段追梦的旅程。
在这样的一段旅程中，我想会有一种力量，它可以使我们在迷茫中找到方向，在失败中不放弃奋斗，在挫折中不忘却梦想。
这种力量，便是信念。
这个世界上没有谁能使你倒下，如果你的信念还没倒的话。
追寻梦想的过程中我们会有迷茫。
我想对于进入大学校园的每一位同学来说都会经历这样一段时期。
迷茫中有人会放弃自我，但我想能够守候心中信念的人一定能够找到前进的方向。
偶尔会听到有些同学在问：大学我们能学到什么，university，不过是由你玩四年而已。
而那些能够坚守心中的信念而不断追寻那最初的梦想的同学，他们对大学却有着另一种理解：大学，就是大大的学。
一种深陷于迷茫的困境，一种执着于梦想的追求。
信念的力量产生如此截然不同的两种精神风貌。
追寻梦想的过程中，总会有特别坎坷难走的一段路。
就像是在长跑的时候，要有一段特别难熬的时期。
记得又一次我在看非诚勿扰的时候，有一位女嘉宾问台上的男嘉宾：你现在怎么还在小职员的位子上啊
很多像你这个年纪的人都已经是经理之类的了。
这时主持人孟非立即接过去说：世界上很多伟人在30多岁的时候都是默默无闻的。
我对这句话映像非常深刻。
记得世界上有这样一个小人物。
36岁前他默默无闻，36岁后他站在舞台上用歌声感动世界；36岁前他是平凡的，36岁后他是非凡的；36年来不变的是他对音乐的热爱和对梦想的孜孜以求。
他就是《英国达人》冠军得主保罗·帕兹。
一个三十多岁的手机业务员能站在世界舞台上表演歌剧并获得如此佳绩，这是个震撼世界的奇迹。
平凡人物的梦想，足以震撼世界，只要每个人都坚守信念，倔强的走，也可以有创造奇迹的机会，也可以迸发出比钻石还璀璨的光芒。
信念是一种精神力量，是一个梦想被100%的相信并不间断的，高纯度的坚守。
我相信每个人都有梦想。
但并不是每个人都能实现自己的梦想。
有一种植物叫蒲公英，我很喜欢。
蒲公英虽然是世间最平凡无奇的植物，却有着最令人称奇的梦想。
而且他善于坚守自己的梦想。
它从不满足于呆在偏僻的角落，最喜欢到外面的世界去闯荡。
我愿意做一株坚守梦想的蒲公英，在蓝天下带着自己的梦想随风飘扬，寻找那片能够实现梦想的沃土。

首先我想给大家讲一个故事： 曾经在非洲的森林里，有四个探险队员来探险，他们拖着一只沉重的箱子，在森林里踉跄地前进着。
眼看他们即将完成任务，就在这时，队长突然病倒了，只能永远地呆在森林里。
在队员们离开他之前，队长把箱子交给了他们，告诉他们说：请他们出森林后，把箱子交给一位朋友，他们会得到比黄金重要的东西。
三名队员答应了请求，扛着箱子上路了，前面的路很泥泞，很难走。
他们有很多次想放弃，但为了得到比黄金更重要的东西，便拼命走着。
终于有一天，他们走出了无边的绿色，把这只沉重的箱子拿给了队长的朋友，可那位朋友却表示一无所知。
结果他们打开箱子一看，里面全是木头，根本没有比黄金贵重的东西，也许那些木头也一文不值。
难道他们真的什么都没有得到吗
不，他们得到了一个比金子贵重的东西——生命。
如果没有队长的话鼓励他们，他们就没有了目标，他们就不会去为之奋斗。
我们需要理想，我们更需要为理想而奋斗
理想并不是参天大树，而是一颗小种子，需要你去播种，去耕耘；理想并不是一片绿洲，而是一片荒漠，需要你在上面栽种上绿色。
如果你想成为老师，你就要衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴；如果你要想成为社会的有用之材，你就要闻鸡起舞，醉里挑灯看剑…… 理想并不是没有目的的去空想，而是需要以奋斗为基石，没有理想的奋斗是不明智的，不去奋斗的理想同样也是无用的，同学们，要想实现你心中的那个梦想，就行动起来吧，去为之努力，为之奋斗，这样你的理想才会实现，才会成为现实。
纵观历史长廊，上面的成功者决非一帆风顺。
可是他们无一例外地为着自己的理想和事业，竭尽全力，奋斗不息。
孔子周游列国，四处碰壁，乃悟出《春秋》；左氏失明后方写下《左传》；孙膑断足后，终修《孙膑兵法》；司马迁蒙冤入狱，坚持完成了《史记》；伟人们在失败和困顿中，用不屈服，立志奋斗，终于达到成功的彼岸。
而在现实生活中，理想与奋斗同样很重要：我有一位学习并不好的同学，他的数学尤其很差。
但他下定决心：中考数学一定要及格。
从他下定决心，有了理想后，他便开始努力，他坚持“每天十道题，从头做起”。
也许很多想考及格的同学都曾有过目标，但他们并没有为之去努力，最后也都无奈地接受了事实。
而这位同学却为自己的目标而奋斗，我相信在明年的6月24号，他不会遗憾，因为他可以理直气壮地说：我有过理想，奋斗了，我不遗憾
也许我们曾经也都立下了各种目标，从小就有了各种理想，但你为它们奋斗，努力了吗
如果有，那么你的理想迟早会成为现实，如果没有，那么就快行动起来吧，这样你的理想同样会实现。
理想是花，需要奋斗的汗水来浇灌； 理想是树，需要奋斗的土壤来培育， 理想是森林，需要奋斗的生机来装扮； 理想是海洋，需要奋斗的沉静来点缀。
有了理想，为之奋斗，也许我们没有得到任何东西，但我们会到最后勇敢的说：我奋斗了，我不后悔
原来理想就是天空，奋斗便是彩虹。
