A visit to Beijing On Oct 1st, the National Day of China, this year, dad, mom and I went to Beijing on a package tour arranged by the travel agency. I was so happy because it's the first time that I visit the Great Wall. The Great Wall, one of the greatest wonders of the world, was enlisted in the World Heritage in 1987. Just like a gigantic dragon, it winds up and down across deserts, grasslands, mountains and plateaus stretching approximately 6,700 kilometers from east to west of China. With a history of more than 2000 years, some sections are now in ruins or even entirely disappeared. However, it is still one of the most appealing attractions all around the world owing to its architectural grandeur and historical significance. We took the bus to arrive at the foot of the Great Wall. There are so many people who had been here. I began to climb the dreamed Great Wall. At first I did not feel tired, but after I stepped a thousands of steps I felt tired and thirsty. At last, we stood on the highest point of the Great Wall. A Chinese saying goes like that, “you are not a real hero until you have climbed the Great Wall”. The landscape outside and inside the Great Wall was so beautiful in this autumn!

nowadays,Star-chasing has been an indispensable part of teenagers' lives.is it really good?in my opinion, it not only has benefits,but has adverse effects as well.on the one hand,the stars themselves have some things that are worth studying.besides their fascinating apperances,we should also learn from their persistence,spirit and so on. such as Andy Lau, he's warm-hearted and hard-working.sometimes they can help us ovecome our shortcomings and lead us to the right way.on the other hand,crazy Star-chasing is not beneficial to us to some extent.for example,Yang Lijuan has done nothing but admire and follow her idol for more ten years .her family made every effort to achieve her goal.Obviously , she has gone too far as a crazy fan.we must know that for us,the most important thing is to study.we stil have a long way to go.the future is unknown and we should strive for our dreams,not waste time on stars.so.my mates,please focus our attention on study.no matter what frustrations and temptations there will be,don't give up!be yourself!thank you.呼。
