我怀着无比崇敬的心情，去追寻他生命的一个个足迹……1950年邓稼先爷爷在美国获得博士学位9天后，历尽艰险回到了北京，为中国的物理研究做出了巨大贡献。
1958年，邓稼先爷爷告别家人，开始了隐姓埋名的秘密历程，和无数甘愿默默无闻奉献的科学家一起，终于研制出了原子弹、氢弹。
28年来，邓稼先爷爷无时无刻不在奉献着自己，为了祖国甚至牺牲了自己的生命。
一次航投试验失败，他抢上前去把摔破的原子弹碎片拿到手里检验，受到了严重的核辐射，身体一天天弱下来。
对此，他无怨无悔。
1986年7月29日，邓稼先爷爷为我国核武器事业耗尽了最后的心血，而他的遗言却是“死而无憾”。

他留下的不仅是原子弹、氢弹，留给我们的还有对科学的献身精神，对祖国的赤诚之心。
