做一场成功的英文演讲的技巧： 首先要确定一个题目或者话题，一般英文演讲分为命题演讲和即兴演讲。
如果是参加比赛，可以对各个方面进行准备，比如政治，经济，文化，教育，环境问题等。
找到一个好的切入点，拟定题目，比如政治方面的演讲主题，可以谈WTO，统一，和平与发展，机遇与挑战。
