As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. If we can speak English well,we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed. But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese... I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English. I thought if I was a soldier, I should be able to swim, dive and climb trees as he did. It seemed to be very wonderful. So I began to learn swimming, diving and climbing trees. I practiced every day and finally I could do them well. But when I entered junior high school and had the military training. I suddenly found that being a soldier was very difficult and I wasn’t strong enough to bear it . I had to give my dream up. But I wasn’t discouraged, and I had new aim, which was to be a postman, or rather to be a newspaper boy. As a newspaper boy. I could speed along streets on a bike and throw newspapers onto every porch. That’s also very cool. So I started learning to ride a bicycle. After the everyday practice, I could go very fast by bicycle. But to my disappointment, the job which I wanted only existed in western counties not in China, because there was no porch in China. And Chinese postmen had to stuff very thick newspapers into very small mailboxes from very narrow entrances. The job was far from what I had expected. So once again my dream fell through. Perhaps you have had the same experience as I and most of your dreams haven’t come true yet. But I think it doesn’t matter, because if you have a dream, you’ll make many efforts to realize it. This course is really important. If I hadn’t dreamt of being a soldier or a newspaper boy. I wouldn’t have learned to swim, to dive, to climb trees or to ride a bicycle. Even if our dream can’t come true, you’ll learn much from the efforts you have made. So what I want to tell us is that dream helps us to grow up and teaches us how to control our lives . 今天演讲的题目是：“律师与梦想”。
如果有人问我为什么会选择律师这个职业
我就会告诉你，因为我和你们一样，拥有太多太多的梦想，只有律师这个职业才能够承载的起，律师一个是充满挑战和希望的职业
人生不能没有梦想，生活永远是一个不断圆梦的过程。
有梦想就会有思考，有思考就会有追求，有追求就会有尝试，有尝试就会有创造，有创造就会有奇迹。
当我上初中的时候，最大的梦想就是考上中专，得到一个铁饭碗。
中师毕业后，我当上了一所中学的教师，有了一份稳定的工作和一个幸福的家庭。
因为心中还有梦想，加上对法律的热爱，我通过自学考试，取得了法学专业的专科和本科文凭，后又通过了律师资格考试，并考取了研究生，取得了法学硕士学位。
为了能读研究生，我辞掉了教师的工作，为了家庭，我再次放弃了外省一所高校做老师的机会，毅然在合肥做起了一名律师，至此，我和大家一样，一切再从头开始
作为一种职业，律师也许并不是挣钱最多的，但却是最能发挥你的聪明才智、最大限度挖掘你的潜能的行业。
律师能给你充足的自由度、宽裕的发展空间，让你尽显个人的魅力。
同时律师又是一个永远需要勇气的职业，一个需要对自己的梦想充满坚定信念的职业，一个需要甘于在最艰苦的条件下为之奋斗的职业，一个需要面对各种压力而毅然为弱者权利斗争的职业。
哈佛大学曾对年轻人做过一次关于人生目标的调查，结果显示：30％的人有清晰和远大的目标，后来成了社会各界精英和行业领袖；10%的人有清晰但比较短期的目标，后来成了各个领域的成功人士，生活在社会的中上层，事业有成；60％的人有一些模糊的目标，后来成为社会的大众群体，生活在社会中下层，事业平平；27％的人根本没有目标，后来过得很不如意，工作不安定，常常抱怨社会，怨天尤人。
可见，心中有梦对于一个人的成功来说是至关重要的，心中的梦有多大，获得的成就就有多大

通过这期培训，我们分享了各位成功律师经验、叹服他们高超的专业技能和人格魅力的同时，也知道了律师的艰辛。
但是，既然选择了这个行业，我们就应该无所畏惧，无怨无悔。
自从做了律师，我常常思考：我的优势是什么，我的劣势是什么，我该向哪个方向发展
我未来的合作伙伴又在哪里等等；实习期间我虚心地向有经验的同仁请教，注意倾听他们对案件的评述和意见；旁听认真解答每一个当事人的法律咨询；我从自己现有的案件入手，将与每个案件有关的所有法律法规收集整理，建立一个自己的数据库；对于较大的案件，我会将办案流程经过全部记录下来并加以总结。
同时我与其他律师一起，积极与多个街道和社区进行联系，举办了“法律服务进社区”活动。
还与律师朋友展开合作，创办了都市律师网，且以网站为平台，成立一个纯民间的律师维权团队，我们还有一个宏大的目标，那就是将我们的网站作为安徽青年律师的网上家园，发展各个地市的加盟律师，以便实现弱者联合自救，信息互通，资源共享。
不是所有的梦想都能实现，也不是所有的奋斗都能成功，但如果没有梦想，没有奋斗就一定没有成功。
做律师需要一种执着追求的精神；一种超越自我的力量；一种乐观进取的态度。
