文章框架：文章应该是三部分两段式。
第一段（包括要点前两部分）1.环保的重要性；2 接着是站在学生的角度谈谈家庭节约能源的具体方法，第二段写第三要点，即谈谈今后打算。

One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. What is more, vegetation had been greatly reduced with the rapid growth of modern cities.To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. Therefore, governments are playing the most important role in the environmental protection today.In my opinion, to protect environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, it should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through education. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the population planning policy into practice, because more people means more people means more pollution. 最后，要严惩那些故意破坏环境者。
使他们破坏环境就是毁灭人类自己。

幼儿园演讲稿：爱在心中爱的感悟——《爱的教育》读后感意大利作家亚米契斯的《爱的教育》是一部在世界上广为流传的文学作品，它的每一章，每一节，都把“爱”表现得淋漓尽致，大至国家，社会，民族的大我之爱，小至父母，师长，朋友间的小我之爱，处处扣人心弦，感人肺腑。
爱是人类最基本、最自然的情感，也是进行教育的基础。
在幼儿教育中，爱更是教育的灵魂和生命，是沟通师生心灵的桥梁，因而也是教育成功的基石。
这是我读了《爱的教育》中女教师一节后的感受。
书中提到了几位深受学生欢迎和喜爱的女教师及师生们亲密无间的故事，几位女教师，有的文静慈祥，有的欢快活泼，但学生们都真诚地接受老师们的教诲，因为老师真心地喜欢和关心他们，用心灵呵护着他们的成长。
读后掩卷长思，感人至深。
这使我不由联想到法国著名启蒙思想家和教育家卢梭，他认为，只有进行以爱为基础的教育，培养情感，才会使儿童在充满爱的氛围中形成良好的情感，形成自尊和自信，学会爱自己，爱他人，爱社会。
作为一名幼教工作者，我认为教师的主要职责，并不只在于向幼儿传递知识，而更在于对幼儿的整个精神世界施加影响，而影响幼儿精神世界的关键之一就是对幼儿的爱，通过给予幼儿真诚的关爱，促使幼儿学会如何接受爱以及如何施爱予人，并在与幼儿进行心灵与情感的接触过程中向幼儿传播知识，以达到教育之目的。
我之所以这样想，原因在于：首先，爱的教育是幼儿普遍的一种心理需要，是进行教育的基础。
爱是人类的一种心理需要和最基本、最自然的情感。
人在群体环境中，通常既有别人爱自己的需求，又有爱别人的愿望。
孩子在入园后，教师成为他们生活中最重要的人物，孩子们很自然地把他们与父母交往中产生的各种思想感情、期望与“爱的需求”转移到自己的老师身上，渴望老师也象父母那样关心照料他们，体贴爱护他们。
由于幼儿大部分时间是和教师一起度过的，他们学习得好坏，生活得是否有趣，成长得是否健康，都和教师有极大的关系。
因此，他们对教师有一种特殊的依恋心理，他们在学校里做的任何一件事都希望得到教师的赞许和肯定，即使是关注的一瞥、信任的点头，在他们眼里都是一种“爱”，都会使他们感到是一种安慰和鼓励。
希望得到教师的爱甚至可以成为幼儿一切思想和行为的中心动机。
他们常常怀着紧张的心情等待着教师对自己的评价，每天都希望从教师那里得到美好的东西。
实践经验表明，幼儿在得到了教师的关心和爱护以后，常常会在学习、生活中产生更大的干劲。
当他们遇到痛苦和挫折时，教师的同情和开导能使他们得到更大的安慰；当他们犯了错误以后，教师公正的评判和真诚的帮助能使他们感到获得了最大的谅解，从而鼓起前进的勇气。
所以，当教师给幼儿以爱，当教师以自己热诚的感情去满足幼儿的情感需要时，则会收到预想的教学效果。
其次，爱的教育是教育的灵魂和生命，是沟通师生心灵的桥梁，是教师做好教育工作的关键，是教育成功的基石。
在幼儿教育过程中，教师是教育的主导力量，幼儿是接受教育者。
有了爱心，教育方法就显得处处灵验。
如果师生之间信任、爱和心灵的沟通，那么再好的教育方法也会变得苍白无力，教育也难以达到期望的结果，因为孩子有可能拒绝接受你的教育，教育的困难与失败往往就在这里，但教育成功的秘诀也常常是在这里。
爱是联结教育者与被教育者心灵的纽带，是教育者对受教育者进行教育的基础，只能用爱去交换爱，用信任去交换信任。
当教师以一颗赤子之心，营造出一种充满真情与关爱的氛围，并以师爱的力量去教育他的学生时，必然缩短他们和学生之间在空间和心理上的距离，良好的教育就有了最切实的保障。
因此，教师应把个人的真情实感投入到教学工作中，潜心钻研和努力创造教育教学的方法和艺术，以无私的爱心不断与幼儿进行心灵与情感的接触。
如果教师的真情实感总是游离于教学过程之外，缺少了真情的投入，缺失了真诚的关爱，师生之间就不可能有真正的心灵的相通与交融，就不可能培养出幼儿和谐的个性。
书中几位女教师在日常教学中的一些做法，都生动地体现了爱的教育的精髓，她们以平等、信任对待孩子们，在一些细微之处对孩子施以爱心。
对我们而言，这些都不失为值得借鉴的好方法。
爱的教育要求教师应该做到关心了解幼儿、严格要求幼儿和尊重信任幼儿。
实际上，做到这些，便是教育成功的关键。
教师只有全面、深入地了解幼儿的思想表现、兴趣爱好、性格特征、学习情况、身体状况、家庭环境等，才能根据每个幼儿的不同特点，找到合适的教育途径和方法，挖掘每个幼儿的潜能，充分调动他们的学习积极性。
关注每一个人，关怀每个幼儿，并以关切而又谨慎的态度对待每个孩子的优缺点——这是教育过程的根本之根本。
教师不论是对平时表现好的幼儿还是表现差的幼儿，都应严格要求。
对待难教的幼儿，需要教师付出巨大的精力和艰辛的劳动，以促使其逐渐转变。
对待平时表现好、学习成绩优异的幼儿，教师也应该一丝不苟，严格要求。
尊重幼儿就要尊重幼儿的人格和自尊心，要尊重幼儿的个性，并要信任幼儿。
没有任何真正的教育是可以建立在轻蔑和敌视之上的，也没有任何一种真正的教育可以依靠惩罚与制裁来实现。
《爱的教育》有则感人的小故事。
可莱谛在课上睡了半个小时觉，先生讲完课才“轻轻地从脸上吹醒了他”。
“可莱谛见先生立在前面，惊恐地要退缩。
先生两手托住了他的头，吻着他的头发说：‘我不责备你。
因为你的睡去，不是由于怠惰，乃是由于疲劳了的缘故。
’”原来可莱谛帮助贫困的家人早晨运柴从五点运到了七点，先生从学生口中得知这个原因后并没有责备他，多么感人的吻啊
要公平对待幼儿。
教师对待幼儿，要是非分明，办事公正，表扬不过分，批评不偏激，实事求是，决不可感情用事。
教师要力求做到使每一个幼儿都感到自己所付出的努力能得到教师的公平评价，使他们轻松愉快地生活在集体之中。
总之，所谓爱的教育，应当是带着满腔的爱去教学生，以及教会学生学会去爱，而且后者尤为重要。

尊敬的各位领导、老师们、同学们大家好: 今天很高兴，能有这样的机会，和我熟悉的老师们，孩子们欢聚一堂，共同交流。
我们如果把教育事业比作高楼大厦，那么小学阶段是教育的基础，为孩子的一生奠定坚实的根基，那么幼儿园的教育则是奠基前的仪式，是建筑高楼大厦的设计创意，是在为孩子的一生描绘宏伟蓝图，无论我们从事哪一阶段的建构，都必不可少、意义非凡，有人把教师比作“人类灵魂的工程师”把教育事业比作 “太阳底下最光辉的事业”，自古就有尊师重教的传统美德，那么作为教师的我们更应该洁身自好，敬业爱岗，把全部的精力和激情奉献给我们的教育事业。
