要尽量的多抽出一些时间陪陪你的孩子，多了解一些他内心的真实想法，实际行动中的做法，培养正确的是非观念，他才能听从你的教导，朝着好的方向去发展。
第二、抓作业。
要规定孩子放学后必须做完作业，必须检查口头作业、复习、预习作业也不容草率。
平时，我们常会碰到学生不及时完成家庭作业，或者家庭作业马马虎虎的现象。
我们通常也会及时和家长联系，反映孩子的这些情况。
每到这时，常会有一些家长说：“我每天都会问孩子作业做完了没有，孩子也说做完了呀
怎么又没有完成呢
”那么，在这里，我在向大家说一声，抓孩子的作业，你千万不能只停留在口头上，你要打开孩子的作业本看看。
我想，就算你不认识字，孩子的作业清楚不清楚你总能看出来，孩子读书流利不流利你总能听出来，孩子做作业是专心不专心你总能看出来。
如果孩子第一次做作业不认真或者不及时完成家庭作业你没有重视起来，那么，以后一定会有第二次、第三次、第四次……到最后你想纠正就难了。
第三 、抓态度。
要求孩子学习专心、细心，勇于克服学习中的困难。
我们现在有的孩子一碰到有点难度的题目就不想做了，不认真的干脆空着，有点认真的呢马上就请家长帮忙，而我们有的家长会把直接就把答案告诉孩子了。
那么，如果碰到这种情况，我希望我们的家长朋友能鼓励孩子多审审题，给孩子一个思考的空间，如果你能进行一些适当的启发那就更科学了。
最起码，你要要求你的孩子书写要工整、清洁、准确，不能虎头蛇尾或龙飞凤舞。
我们有的孩子在家里边做作业边玩，有的一边做作业一边吃东西，这些都是不对的。
第四、抓技能。
如想问题、做作业时，要求准确而迅速，语言表达要求清楚、生动、手工操作、口头背诵务求熟练。
第五、抓能力。
家长要转变观念，关注孩子的长远、全面发展。
孩子是不是一个合格有用的人才，不是一张试卷决定的，而是社会对他的检验。
未来社会需要的是人格健全、心理健康、有社会适应能力、有终身学习的愿望和能力的人。
一个人的观察能力、注意力、记忆力、想象力、思维能力、综合运用知识的能力、生存能力是非常重要的。
因此，光有知识是远远不够的，学生的综合素质、情感、态度、价值观更为重要。
第六、多给孩子一点信心，做孩子成长的强有力的后盾。
由于孩子的个体差异，免不了学生的成绩有好有坏孩子由于不肯学习，导致成绩差，我们是应该适当的批评，但是孩子很努力，成绩却不怎么理想，我们更应该给他信心，而不是一味的给他泼冷水，我们该做的是跟他一起努力，想想怎样才能把他的成绩搞上去，多关心他的学习情况。
不光学习，其他方面也是这个道理。
孩子年纪小，培养的开始应带有一定的强制性,即具体要求、具体督促、具体检查。
有的家长要求一大堆，却不认真检查落实。
时间长了，孩子摸透了家长的脾气，进而钻了家长空子。
只有对孩子要求具体，检查认真，才能使孩子感觉家长要求的严肃性，进而约束自己把要求化为行动。
针对学生的情况，家长要及时和老师联系，及时勾通。
我觉得在教育孩子的问题上，首先要了解学生，在此基础上家长和老师们携起手来，把工作做到学生的心坎上，才能真正有效果。

首先是关于语文学科的建议。
1、希望能监督家庭作业完成，保证质量并签名。
2、指导孩子读书看报，勤写日记，在慢慢熏陶中提高孩子的阅读能力和写作能力。
3、给孩子带字典，并养成爱查字典的好习惯。
4、每单元一次的测验试卷，希望家长以此作为和孩子交流学习的好机会，帮助孩子分析试卷，更要帮孩子树立信心，找出学习中努力的方向。
5、勤于练字，认真书写。

在孩子做完作业时，检查一下孩子的作业，要求先自己检查，然后家长检查后签字。
但一直以来，有一部分学生的家庭作业自己不查，家长也不过问，出错很多，效果很差，如果孩子平常学习不扎实，就会慢慢下滑。
俗话说：学习如逆水行舟，不进则退。
数学知识连贯性很强，落下了，再补就很难。
如果家长每天检查，便于及时了解学生上课学习情况，发现学生知识掌握不全或知识遗漏，及时查漏补缺，以免时间长了造成知识缺陷，越拉越远。
2、如果条件允许，可以为孩子准备一些挑战题，一来培养孩子学习数学的兴趣，二来也可以让他们接触更多的题型，学到更多的数学知识。
关于英语： 1、英语老师要求每个学生必须要有一台录音机或者复读机，课上教师教的单词有的学生可能没有记住该怎么读，回家以后一定要跟着录音机读，直到读熟为止。
2、每天回家必须读15分钟的英语，因为英语在学校只有40分钟的课堂语言环境，只有回家以后从前往后读，才不至于前说后忘。
