能够站在这讲台上作为优秀班级代表发言，我感到非常的荣幸。
2005年9月，37颗诚致的心带着各自五彩缤纷的理想汇聚到屏峰山下。
两年来的今天，我们班已先后获得了“校优秀班级”、“校优秀团支部”等荣誉称号。
无论是在自修室、图书馆，还是在篮球场，处处都有班级同学活动的身影。
班级迅速地成长起来离不开全班同学的努力，更离不开学校、学院为我们创造的和谐的育人环境，还有班主任叶阳老师、助班钱炫宇和各位辅导员老师的帮助。
在此，我谨代表全班37位同学向所有关心我们成长的领导、老师和同学们表示最诚挚的谢意
今天，我想就班级思想建设特别是学风建设、文体活动、党员发展等方面与大家分享一些经验；同时也欢迎大家能够对我们班提出积极的意见与建议。
学风建设：这方面是我们班级建设的重中之重.我班级体的学习氛围良好，学习成绩优良。
两年来，共获一等奖学金3人次，二等奖学金7人次，占了相当大的比重。
专业竞赛上，我们班王跃同学获得ACM亚洲赛中国##、##两分赛区的银奖；学校和学院里举办的各位专业课程竞赛、学术竞赛的获奖更是比比皆是，在这里也不便一一列举。
英语四级通过率达到了##%，远超过专业平均水平。
班级也特别重视班委的形象，对班委的日常工作、学习都提出了比普通同学更严格的要求。
在院“教学质量月”期间，我班还举行了主题为“学风建设，从我做起”的学习交流会，听取同学们的意见，交流学习心得。
班委们也深刻意识到“寝室”在学风建设上的重要作用，也进行了不少以寝室为单位的学习竞争，以提高同学们的学习积极性。
这是我们班学风建设最具特色的地方。
我们实行寝室为单位，组织自修的方法。
以一人带动三人，班委带动同学，党员带动大家为原则 ，以切实提高大家的学习成绩为工作重点，来增加广大同学的学习积极性。
具体方法为：凡是班委同学，党员或是入党积极分子都要带头主动自修(至少每周一次)，以此来带动其寝室其他人员的学习积极性；对于沉溺于电子游戏的极少数同学，我们将其列为重点帮扶对象，首先为他讲解知识点，使其能够完成自己的学习任务；然后鼓励其参加一些专业学术竞赛，在比赛中寻求学习的自信；对于那些经过多次教育都不见成效的同学，我们会与班主任及辅导员取得联系，请求他们对其进行思想教育，使其能够端正学习态度，从真正意义上正视学习。
文体活动：这是本班最值得骄傲的地方。
在新生篮球联赛中，我们力挫群雄，最终摘得桂冠
目前本班篮球队目前仍保持着班级出战全胜的记录。
相信在座的不少班级曾与我班同场竞技。
在我班篮球队队员场上挥汗如雨，拼力夺分的同时，班级同学自愿组织啦啦队为队员们呐喊助威，这样的场景总让人热血沸腾。
为了进一步推进我班文体建设，班内还不定期地组织了南北篮球赛、男女生混合篮球赛、甚至是寝室篮球赛，可以说是挑起了全班同学的体育神经。
张天山同学还入选了学院足球队，为学院取得了不错的成绩。
在11月11日这个戏剧性的日子，我们班胡鹏俊、卢尚杰、张天山、孙骁勐、钟晓峰五位同学还一同参加了“2007杭州国际马拉松”的半程赛－21公里对于我们这些平时没有过专业训练的人来说，不能不说是一次重大的挑战!而这五位同学没有一人在中途退缩，坚持到了最后。
挑战自我、战胜自我、激励自我的体育情神在他们身上得到了体现。
能武亦须能文。
陈炜、张雪颖同学分获得歌唱、才艺“院十佳”的好成绩。
这使得班级的娱乐生活增添了浓重的色彩!以文体活动来团结班集体，提高班内同学的集体荣誉感与凝聚力。
这是我们坚持的工作路线，经过两年的努力，成效也已相当明显，班级同学就如同－家人一样。
党员发展：到目前为止，我们班已发展的党员共有6人，这与支部书、党建联系人、历届团支书的辛勤工作是分不开的。
这里也要特别对他们表示感谢。
可以说，在班级里，党员的作用是非常明显的。
党员形象的好坏、素质的高低、作风是否严谨、态度是否积极直接影响班级氛围。
我们班在班级建设中始终注重发挥党员的带动作用。
这六位党员分别是钟晓峰、张雪颖、张天山，章仁超、卢尚杰、谢逸城。
他们工作出色，学习努力；作为党员，更时刻受着周围同学的监督，就必须严格要求自己、努力提升自己的个人素质，自然而然地为在班级里树立了积极向上、刻苦努力的榜样。
他们同班级现有的入党积极分子一起占了班级总人数1\\\/3。
这样大的比重，更有利于班级的团结一致、共同进步。
