今天是我们学校一年一度的春季一运动会，虽然我没有当上一名运动员，但我还是为这次运动会的到来而感到高兴。
我们学校的运动会一年才举办一次，所以同学们和老师们都显得格外的高兴，我们学校虽然运动会开的少，但是运动会项目可并不少。
下面，你听我一一说来，运动会上的项目有：跑步、调高、跳远、篮球、乒乓球等二十几项，怎么样

现在场上要比的项目是女子200米赛跑，看我们班的女运动员---王晓燕上场了，她可是在女生里的跑步能手，当裁判员发令枪一响，运动员们都加紧跑起来，哎呀，王晓燕慢了一步，不过身轻如燕的她不一会儿就赶上了其他对手。
美丽又可爱的她为我们班争了光，取得了第一名的好成绩。
女子跑看完了，让咱们去看看男同学们跑的怎么样了吧，这次上场的是我们班的裴宏民，当裁判员发令枪一响，运动员们风力冲刺，正在这时一个同学摔倒了，好像摔得不轻，可是他还是顽强的站了起来，向终点走去，再看看别的同学只差一步就到终点了，他不可能赢得这次比赛了，没有人为他欢呼，可是我认为他是最棒的，胜利是属于他的，虽然他没有到达终点，但是我想他自己也为自己而感到骄傲。
我们一定要像他顽强拼搏的精神学习，不管有多少困难都要坚强地挺过去，不能当缩头乌龟，我们永远都是人生路上的胜利者。
这一次的运动会发生了这一幕，让运动会更加精彩，让我们把这份体育精神传递下去。
运动会过去了，但运动员们挥洒汗水，斗志激昂的那一幕，曾让我心情澎湃的那一幕，不止一次地浮现在眼前。
一年一次的运动会，在我校悠久的建校史中，今年已经是第37届了。
我们班的班徽一次比一次好看，运动员们一次比一次更热情。
这一次，真是不知道盼望了多久。
我们班的“黑马”刘帅，这个人不得不说一下。
不爱学习，不由得让人想到“头脑简单，四肢发达”。
确实是这样，老师也不止一次地表扬，这次拿奖，他的功劳最大了。
赛前老师还说着呢“只要有比赛就让他去”，看来老师真的很喜欢，很信任他呢。
而最令人斗志高昂的，还是接力赛。
上年的接力赛，没有得奖是我们最大的遗憾。
说起这件事，也都怪我；班长极力推荐我，我很感动，但我却深知自己跑不快，只能想尽方法推脱。
直到上场前，我还哭了一阵子。
我是一个肺活量极小的女生，两口气才吹了2000多。
上场前跑了一次操场捷径，就已经没力气了。
在场上跑时，我甚至怯场了。
这次接力赛，我不高兴，而且还很想哭。
同学们似乎很不满意那个遗憾，都用尽了全力。
有一个同学李晨甚至因为跑得太猛摔伤了，伤得很严重，却咬咬牙，站起来就冲上前去，老师都拉不动。
毫无悬念，我们胜了，胜得骄傲
总结这次运动会，团体操比赛拿了二等奖，总体第四。
这是所有人都意想不到的，我们排练广播操时，老师还说太差了。
这么优异的成绩，老师都直夸我们有心，想为班级做好。
老师还说，学习也要如此，既然我们这次能做好，学习也一定能很棒
所以，同学们，加油吧

我们学校开展了秋季田径运动会。
那天的运动场上，人山人海，加油声、广播声交错着。
标语和红旗随处可见，一片热闹的气氛。
这次运动会对我们六年级的同学来说意义很大，因为这是我们小学阶段参加的最后一次秋季田径运动会。
为了这次运动会不留下遗憾，我们班的运动员各个生龙活虎，留下了许多精彩、感人的画面。
现在我就挑一个我影响最深刻的长跑比赛说说吧。
“砰
”裁判员一声令下，运动员门如离弦的箭一般冲了出去，你追我赶，争抢第一。
六二班的邓明身高、体力都占优势，跑在了第一位，而我班的实力派选手黄继宗排在第二，后面都是其他班的运动员。
这时天公不作美了，下起了小雨。
当进入第三圈时，黄继宗好象没了力气，步伐明显放慢了，还用一只手按着肚子．情况不妙哇，黄继宗肚子疼了，速度慢了．后面的运动员陆续超过他．排在了第五位，如果黄继宗再不加速的话，夺名次就没希望了，同学们看在眼里，急在心里，一个个都把自制的小红旗摇得哗哗响，声嘶力竭地喊着＂六一、六一，永远第一，继宗、继宗，一定成功”的口号．我也跑到黄继宗身旁给他打气：＂黄继宗，加油．我们班全看你的了，你不能给我们留下遗憾呐
＂黄继宗看了我一眼，又抬头看了看我们班的同学，露出了坚毅的目光，好象在说：＂我不会让大家失望的＂他的步伐明显加快了．不一会儿，他就反超了两人．又排到了第三位． 提醒最后一圈的枪声响了，黄继宗好象有了无穷的力量飞快的往前冲去．＂超过第二名了

＂我们班的同学欢呼起来了．黄继宗一点也没松劲，离终点越来越近了，与第一名的距离也越来越短了，十米，九米，八米&hllip;&hllip;我们的心提到嗓子眼了，加油声震耳欲聋．离终点不足五米了，黄继宗离第一名还有一步的距离，到终点了，只见黄继宗一个箭步冲上，上身前倾，率先触到了终点线．在这一瞬间，观众席上爆发出一阵阵热烈的掌声．我们班的同学一窝蜂似的跑过去，把黄继宗团团围住，夏老师也向黄继宗投来赞许的目光． 这次运动会我们班的同学都用不同的方式给自己的小学运动会打上了圆满的句号。
精彩的运动会已经结束了，但那赛场上的一幕幕却留在我的脑海深处。
400米接力赛 400米接力赛快要开始了，我班运动员在自己的跑道上已经准备就绪。
第一棒是冯佳慧，只见她左手拿着接力棒，右手握拳放在胸前，随时准备起跑。
这时，只听“啪”地一声响，冯佳慧就像一支离弦的箭一下子冲了出去。
她拼命地往前跑，虽然她竭尽了全力，但比别班的同学还差了一点点。
到了交棒处，她的眼睛似乎一下子模糊了，把棒交给了四班的人，可四班的人没有接。
我班第二棒选手唐祝香在一旁拼命地喊“冯佳慧，我在这儿呢
”冯佳慧立即把棒交给了唐祝香。
这时候，唐祝香两旁的人早已出发了，但唐祝香毫不气馁，咬紧牙关，奋起直追。
她像一匹脱缰的野马，奔腾不息，终于追上了两名同学。
当她把棒交给我班班长王颖时还落下两人。
王颖夺棒就跑，像猎豹一样，追赶着猎物，经过她的不懈努力，终于又追赶上了一名同学。
又到交棒时间了，王颖把棒交给了我班的运动健将－－金鑫。
金鑫接过棒后，快速奔跑着，只见她迈开大步，像一只袋鼠在轻快地跳跃着。
别班的同学也不甘示弱，努力拼搏着，一班的陈欣速度也不慢，正在和我班的运动健将比赛呢
经过激烈的争夺，冠军已非我班莫属了。
我班同学欢呼着，跳跃着，互相告诉着这个天大的喜讯
拔河比赛 激烈的拔河比赛快要开始了，各班的选手都做好了充分的准备：有的在手上涂些白石灰，有的摩拳擦掌，好像觉得自己的力气很大，有的有说有笑，好像已经得了第一……Look
操场正中摆放着一条白色的长长的“大蟒蛇”。
首先呢，裁判员简单地说了一下比赛规则和注意事项，就准备开始了。
先是一班和二班比，只见他们个个摩拳擦掌，准备大显身手。
“嘟－－”一阵清脆的哨声响过，同学们都猛的拿起蟒绳，使劲往后拉，我们则在一旁为一班加油。
一班的同学们使尽了九牛二虎之力，才赢了二班。
轮到我们上场了，我们和四班比，同学们个个都使出了吃奶的力，我也使出了浑身解数，可中间的红布根本不听使唤，一会儿移向那边，一会儿移向这边。
“加油，加油……。
”啦啦队的声音响彻操场的上空，瞧，连我们班的老师也不闲着，用手在不停地指挥着，可我们还是输了，同学们都垂头丧气。
老师对我们班的同学说：“不要灰心，不要丧气，我们不是还有一次机会吗
我们一定要团结精神，齐心协力，不能有一点儿掉以轻心……”在老师的劝说下，同学们又打起精神来了。
第二次比赛开始了，这一次是我们和二班比。
同学们吸取了上次的教训，把脚和脚抵在一起，身子向后仰，屁股往下蹲，站在最后的同学把绳子扛在背上往后拉，经过同学们的团结一致，齐心协力，我们终于胜了。
乒乓球比赛 我期待已久的乒乓球比赛就快要开始了，心里总觉得有些忐忑不安，但又很兴奋。
因为我训练已久的成果快揭晓了。
我和王颖拿着乒乓球和乒乓球拍来到乒乓球室，只见那里准备比赛的人有很多，但我一点也不害怕。
比赛开始了，我在耐心地等待着老师报到我的号码。
终于轮到我了，我的第一个对手是谢风芹，她可是一个强手，我和她整整打了两个回合还不分胜负，可最后一盘，我输了，就是一数之差导致我全军覆没，唉
不过呢，过了一会儿我又来了个对手，是于思敏，只见她左手拿着球，右手拿着球拍，想发一个扣球，可出乎意料的是球超线了，我暗自庆幸，因她多次是这样，让我享受渔翁之力。
所以，第二局我赢了。
最后一局，对手是小黄，她个子不高，但手脚却很灵活。
这次是我先发球，我发球很少失误，但是这一次，由于我急于比赛快点结束没发出去，豆大的汗珠从脸上流了下来。
经过长久之战，我终于打败了她。
在这次的乒乓球比赛中，我明白了:人外有人，天外有天，球技再高也有比你更高的人。
我暗下决心，以后一定要多练习打乒乓球，一定要在下一节体育文化节上打败谢风芹。
………… 精彩的运动会在同学们的欢声笑语中结束了。
当然，运动会也让我们受益匪浅，我们要把在运动会上的那种顽强拼搏的精神放到学习上来。

She is a two-time Olympic Gold Medalist (2004 and 2008), was elected Female Athlete of the Year by the IAAF twice (2004 and 2005), and Sportswoman of the Year by Laureus. On July 22, 2005, she became the first female pole vaulter to clear 5.00 metres. At the age of 26 Isinbayeva is seen as the best female pole vaulter in history. She has already been a 9-time major champion (Olympic, World outdoor and indoor champion and European outdoor and indoor champion). Isinbayeva's current world records are 5.05 m outdoors, a record Isinbayeva set at the Summer Olympics Games in Beijing on August 18, 2008, and 4.95 m indoors, a record set at the Donetsk indoor meeting on February 16, 2008. The former was Isinbayeva's twenty-fourth world record. Isinbayeva's mother is of Russian ethnicity, while her father is of Tabasaran ethnicity. She was born in Volgograd 1987-1997 From the age of 5 to 15, Isinbayeva trained as a gymnast in her hometown of Volgograd. The following month at the World's Indoor in March Isinbayeva broke this with a gold medal winning jump of 4.86 m beating reigning indoor & outdoor champion Feofanova into bronze with reigning Olympic champion Dragila taking silver. June 27 saw Isinbayeva return to Gateshead and once again the world record mark was improved to 4.87 m. Feofanova bounced back the following week to again break the record by a centimetre in Heraklion, Greece. On July 25 in Birmingham, England, Isinbayeva reclaimed the record jumping 4.89 m and five days later in Crystal Palace, London, added a further centimetre to the record. The pole vault was one of the most eagerly awaited events at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece and although the competition did not reach the heights that were anticipated the rivalry between Isinbayeva and Feofanova brought the event alive. With all of the other events finished the whole crowd were focused on the pole vault. This was her first world record outdoors since the 2005 World Championships. Isinbayeva stated that this motivated her to maintain her reputation as the world's greatest female pole vaulter. A few weeks later, at the Aviva London Grand Prix, Isinbayeva and Stuczynski competed together for the first time of the outdoor season. Isinbayeva was tantalizingly close on her final attempt, with the bar falling only after Isinbayeva had landed on the mat. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing on August 18, Isinbayeva prolonged her reign over the Olympic Title, by clearing 5.05m, her 24th world record. These statements are confirmed by close observation of her jumps; in detail, Isinbayeva's high level of body control (courtesy of her gymnastics background) especially pays off in the so-called L-Phase, where it is vital to use the pole's rebound to convert horizontal speed into height. Common mistakes are getting rebounded away in an angle (rather than vertically up) or inability to keep the limbs stiff, both resulting in loss of vertical speed and therefore less height. 象第一次看时一样笑得很开心，可能是因为年纪大了一些 的关系，看着看着竟有初看时没有过的眼泪想流出—— 一直觉得能让人一边哭一边笑的作品就是好作品。
关于演员 李奇篇： 记得第一次看到罗嘉良演出的李奇时，我是被不大不小的吓了一下，因为看完《天 地男儿》以后，在我印象里罗嘉良和“徐家立”几乎是划等号的，是自己入戏太深 ，也是家立的角色被演绎得太入骨。
忽然看到阴沉城府的徐家立穿着不合身的西服 ，操着如同《东成西就》里梁家辉那种公鸭嗓，用五分钱在路边擦皮鞋摆POSE…… …… 好象李奇这个角色帮捞家拿下了当年的最受欢迎男角奖，让他真正开始走上大红大 紫的路，虽然这年他应该已经38岁了——大器晚成的捞家比李奇还是幸运的。
要把 好人和坏人都演到让观众买帐，不容易，捞家做到了，他红也是应该的。
谢源篇： 恕我眼拙，我看到谢源睡眼惺忪的抱着饼干盒从床上爬起来时，只觉得这个小眼睛 的男生好象很眼熟，好象在很多港产电影里出现，可是真的不知道他的大名。
后来2000年的金马奖结果揭晓，我的一个好朋友，梁朝伟的死忠阴沉着脸来对我说 ，她家梁兄没拿到奖。
我想不对吧，《花样年华》不是很火吗，王家卫的片子一向 打遍天下无敌手的嘛。
赶快去翻娱乐新闻，原来那年从梁兄手里抢走金马奖的就是 那个小眼睛的男生，大名吴镇宇。
印象里在无数港产电影里出现的小眼睛男生，更确切一点是总演流氓、混混、罪犯 、黑社会的小眼睛男生，竟然是金马影帝（而且他身上的头衔也不止这一个），竟 然就是《难兄难弟》里看着楼下卖凉茶的姑娘痴呆呆说不出话的谢源——这个人真 配叫“演员”，因为他居然让我只记住了他演过的角色，忘记了他的真名。
宝珠篇： 现在再看宝珠，发现那时的张可颐真是水灵灵的年轻，之前看过的“程英”、“小 冰”都是一堆女主角后面戏份不多的小女生，挑大梁的宝珠终于出现了，天真可爱 的在纷繁的电影圈里绽放，活脱脱一朵不染尘烟的百合。
不知道真正的程宝珠年轻时是怎样，我真的宁愿相信她就是一个爱吃北京烤鸭，喜 欢在头发上扎一个大蝴蝶，总是眨着眼睛问别人“为什么”的女孩。
芳芳篇： 芳芳这个角色对于宣萱来说应该是驾轻就熟的，所以也就成了四个主角中最不容易 出彩的一个，因为她没有李奇那么倒霉，没有谢源那么傻呆，也没有宝珠那份难见 的天真，是一个常规人物。
唯一的闪亮点是她分身同时扮“阿萍”和“芳芳”两人 时，芳芳的举止高雅，阿萍的大而化之，芳芳的明星风范，阿萍的江湖气息，芳芳 的艳光四射，阿萍的相貌平平，悉数被她一一带出，不落痕迹。
可能就因为宣萱的演出太不落痕迹了，反而让她成了这部戏里光芒最少的一个主角 。
关于剧情 和我一起看这部戏的室友和我当初一样笑得很开心—— 初进片场抢着演山贼土匪的两个人； 裹着布拿着树枝扮大树的李奇； 围着“树”被人当淫贼追打的谢源。

楼上注意看问题，楼主问的是sunrise公司出的动画我可以肯定的是，十月新番我看了一遍列表里的制作公司，里面肯定没有，9月番印象中也没有貌似十月番中就算机器人动画也就机巧魔神第二季这一部
