所以很需要定力。
她希望我在这里写一个系列，谈谈怎样增强定力（CALM ENERGY）。
所以，应她的要求，也为这里更多的朋友在职场上，在日常生活中增强CALM ENERGY，我试着谈谈什么是定力，如何有意识地增强它。
其实，我并不是谈此TOPIC的专家，我只是从书中摘抄些段落加上自己的一点学习心得体会与大家分享。

我们生活中的定力在英文里描述成THE NATURAL FLOW STATE。
是人所具有的一种能量。
可以说，这种能量的高低，决定此人在各行各业取得的成就的高低。
那些卓越的有名人士，如破世界记录的运动员，创业成功的电脑奇才，造诣高深的音乐、艺术大师，等等都无不受益于他们自身超高的CALM ENERGY。

其实，对于我们大多数普通人来讲，别说重大挑战，就是平时工作上的压力与不顺，都觉得不舒服；都觉得难
常常是一些小事让我们心烦，焦躁，STRUGGLING。
这是因为，我们需要CALM ENERGY MORE THAN EVER － 所以说，谁能够正确有效地HANDLE PRESSURES，谁就ON TOP。
定力就是一种紧张度低的高能量的状态。
如果这一说法听上去很矛盾，或很陌生，那是因为很少人体验到这种能量。
定力（CALM ENERGY）的感觉是一种很强大的平和与平静，愉悦，UNDER CONTROL的感觉。
当你感觉到这一能量时，你感到整个身心都很强壮有力。
它激发你的智慧和创造力。
它使你持续有效地工作，并且ENJOY IT。
很多人误以为人处在紧张状态才能高效率工作。
而且这种紧张情绪是由于害怕自己落后，怕在规定的时间内完不成任务。
就象我的这位网友，每天工作象打仗，象比赛。
每天都感到很多事情压着，做不完。

其实，由于紧张压力而产生的能量叫TENSE ENERGY，是虚能量(FAKE ENERGY)。
在这种能量及情绪支配下工作，效率只会底不会高，而且不能持久，如果久的话，最终危害自己的身体健康。
可很多人一般都体验到TENSE ENERGY，经常在有压力时用TENSE ENERGY。
久而久之，大多数人习惯于用TENSE ENERGY，而不再体验CALM ENERGY。
这就是一般人定力低的原因。
事实是，CALM ENERGY可以提高你的工作效率，变工作中的OBSTACLES为OPPORTUNITIES，帮助你缩小你现在的位置和你想达到的目标的距离。

精益生产五大原则是什么
精益的5项原 1、价值 精益认为企业产品（服务）值只最终用户来确，价值也只有满足特定用户需求才有存在的意义。
精益思想重新定义了价值观与现代企业原则，它同传统的制造思想，即主观高效率地大量制造既定产品向用户推销，是完全对立的。
2、价值流 价值流是指从原材料到成品赋予价值的全部活动。
识别价值流是实行精益思想的起步点，并按照最终用户的立场寻求全过程的整体最佳。
