阅读联播读后感400字（一）：2014新闻读后感今天晚上，看了中央电视台《阅读联播读后感》的一个新闻故事，很有教育意义。
这个故事说的是沈阳市一位老板开了一个叫金丰超市的商场，开业两年期间，被政府有关部门检查罚款了39次。
第一次是在开业的时候老板打出“金丰超市，物价最低”的标语，工商局的人说用“最”字做标语违反了《阅读联播读后感》，要罚款。
第二次工商局的人想捞点钱，就去金丰超市把真的烟说成是假的烟，把烟没收，还要罚款，老板请朋友帮忙才把烟拿回来。
可是，过了几个星期，工商局的人又再次来到金丰超市，把真的白酒，说成是假的白酒，要没收并罚款。
面对无休止的检查罚款，老板忍无可忍，拿起了法律武器，向法院提起了诉讼。
工商局的人怕事情败露，连忙做老板的工作，让他撤诉，老板饶了他们，撤了诉，工商局的人赶忙把白酒和罚款送了回来。
从这件事老板懂得了法律的重要性，以后每当有不合法的乱收费、乱检查、乱罚款，老板就毫不留情地到法院诉讼，维护自己的合法权益。
看完这篇报道后，我很有感触，法律在现实生活中太重要了，我要从小学好法律知识，更好地维护自己合法权益。
