听力方面 以朗读为基础，选择一本听力书，泛听一遍以后，听一句写一句，写不上的先空着，倒回 去再听，反复几遍，最后核对文章原文，进行更改，这样可以提高对单词句子的灵敏度，联系起来很辛苦，但是是最有效的方法。
