这是一篇很短的，一位仙女，让一位少年从五种礼物中：名望，，财富，欢乐，死亡种选择一件作为他的礼物，他挑了四次：欢乐情，名望，财富。
可是每次都让他越来越失望，到了最后，他看透了，想要安息，当仙女又一次出现时，带来的礼物中却唯独少了死亡，她把它送给了一个小孩子。
男人问：“那么留给我的是什么呢
”“你支配遭受垂暮年的反复无常的侮辱。
”这是一篇很短的文章，可是就是这寥寥几字，叫人们看透世间。
欢乐到头来都是短暂，沮丧，虚妄的；爱情到最后只余空虚，只剩下孤身一人；名望，虽有一时之稀客转瞬即逝
接踵而来的是嫉妒，诽谤，中伤，嫉恨，迫害。

《心理学》读后感心理学是一门与人的生活和工作息息相关的科学，读来获益颇多，就心理学本质而言，它是一门帮助我们正确处理认知与行为、自身与环境、工作与人际关系等问题的实践科学。
近来看了一本心理学的书，最有感触的一句话就是：把“要我做”变成“我要做”。
“要我做”就是一个人在工作的时候缺乏主动性，总是在生活所迫或者别人的催促下不得不做自己的工作。
如果一个人缺乏对生活的热情和主动，就会被动的接受一切，在生活和工作没有目标，看不到前途，物质和精神得不到满足的情况下，人的懒惰的本性就会被激发起来，就会处处“要我做”，如果在一个单位人人都处于这样的状态，开展一项工作就会变得很困难，个人和集体的发展就会受到严重制约。
那么，如何才能把“要我做”变成“我要做”呢
《心理学》这本书给我们开出了一剂温良的治病药方。
心理学在人的激励方面分析的很详细，就是如何激发个人的积极性，首先就是确定正确的目标。
人活着要有理想，有奋斗目标，不然就会当一天和尚撞一天钟，成功：简单的说，就是目标加上进取心，有人安于现状，只想维持现状，采取“守”的态度，时间久了就会变陈消极的态度，失去积极的动力，人生如逆水行舟，不进则退，所以必须要设置向前看的目标，没有最好，只有更好，追求卓越，追求更好，时时努力超越现在的自己，才能不断进步，才能离成功更近一些。
心里学家马斯洛指出，人类的基本需要可以分为生理需要、安全需要、归属和爱的需要、自尊需要、自我实现的需要，其中自我实现的需要建立在其他需要的前提之下，在工作能够体现自我价值，变成了一种兴趣的时候，人就会以工作为乐，而不是以工作为负担，一旦工作变成了一种兴趣，就会变被动为主动，“要我做”也就顺其自然成了“我要做”。
保持一种乐观向上的积极心态，让自己时时拥有快乐的感觉，凡事不斤斤计较，不以物喜，不以己悲，学会感激，只要健康和活着，就是上天最大的恩赐，就可以通过自己的努力得到自己应有的一切。
在现实社会和工作中，一个人满足了基本需要以后，就要给自己定目标，思考和理解自己生活工作的目的是什么，意义如何体现，怎样让自己的心情快乐和轻松，怎样用积极的心态去对待挑战和麻烦，在反思的过程中，“要我做”也就逐步转化为“我要做”。
