在我谈跑步时我谈些什么 读后感
我们先谈谈作者吧，作者村上春树有一句箴言说，真的绅士，不谈论别离了的女人和已然付出去的税金。
此话其实是谎言，是我适才随口编造的，谨致歉意。
倘若世上果真存在这么一句箴言，那么“不谈论健康方法”或许也将成为真的绅士的条件之一。
《当我谈跑步时我谈些什么》由日本著名作家村上春树创作，本书是村上春树第一本只写自己的书。
如这般围绕一个主题，从正面书写自己，几乎从未有过。
这本书并不是一本小说，里面不是一个一气呵成的故事，但我看的时候却想一口气看完（不过我没有做到），因为我觉得我与作者的经历和感悟产生了强烈的共鸣。
在长达四分之一个世纪里，日日都坚持跑步，各色各样的思绪从心底涌起„„从夏威夷的考爱岛到马萨诸塞的剑桥，从日本村上市参加铁人三项赛，到踏上希腊马拉松长跑古道，他，永远奔跑。
从作品本身来看，他确实是一个实诚的人。
那些在跑步中产生的极其细微、明白存在又稍纵即逝的想法，都被他一一捕获，毫不含糊地写在了纸上。
这里面有人生的哲理（虽然觉得他到了那个年纪才如此感慨，好像有一点晚，不过村上的读者大多是年轻人，大概也能反映出他其实可能比较晚熟的特点），也有诙谐和幽默。
不论是从作品本身的内容，还是从这位村上新译者的功力来看，这本书都是我近来读到最棒的村上春树了。
记得有一段是讲很艰难地跑完全程，村上说，当时唯一的想法就是终于不用再跑啦——这种喜悦如此简单，并夹杂着一丝自嘲。
再比如开篇的地方说他因为跑步瘦了三斤，想像若是一个人提着三斤肉会是怎样的光景。
又比如他说，在学校里学到最有用的东西，就是知道了在学校什么都学不到。
还有他在雅典跑马拉松的时候，沿途居然还数了马路上因交通事故死去的猫和狗，累得不行时，陪同的车子里，杂志编辑给他加油，他说当时的想法就是你动动嘴皮子远容易多了。
哈，这真是非常真实又很无邪的文字呀
他很坦率地承认，一切艺术创作都是在不健康的情况下的，虽然我们都了解这一点，但知道原来村上春树也是这样，就好像找到了一个同伙一般。
甚至是这样的感受，村上春树也和我们一样有。
他说他去采访了一位著名长跑运动员，问他是否会有心烦意乱不愿跑步的时候，那位运动员说，你怎么问这么愚蠢的问题，当然会有了。
这个时候，村上春树就很高兴，心里想，虽然知道人人都有这样的感受，但还是希望通过这位运动员的嘴听到。
全书字里行间都透露着村上春树一直坚持自我的性格，这大概也是为何他大学毕业会去开个酒吧后来又索性听凭自己的性子写起小说的原因吧。
训练肌肉的时候，究竟是拉到哪个程度，既不会太过又不会太放松，怎么和自己的身体和谐相处，这里面其实都是包含了最朴实的人生哲学的。
我想每个做过拉伸热身、跑过长跑的人都会深有体会。
更难能可贵的是，他还在书里探讨了作为作家向来让人感觉“不健康生活”的印象，和他通过跑步“健康生活”是否存在矛盾。
有点狐疑地读下来，真是很好。
文字大多比较简短，很有节奏，语言很平实，朴素而有趣。
窃以为，这才是村上春树的真实面目。
林少华的版本总是太过阴柔，很多的长句，很多华丽的辞藻。
虽然我不懂日文，不过英文版本的两个译者都是用简单得不能再简单的英文来进行翻译的，英译本强调的都是村上春树古怪的想象力，而不是精心雕琢的单词和句子。
在这本书中，我也学到了一些我认为好的作者的生活态度，比如说规律的作息，坚持做一件事，认真。
未来的是未知领域，如何做出成果，在旧的领域发挥创新，提出新的想法和点子需要的就是这样一种坚持不懈的精神，甚至是观念、信仰。
我们很多时候，做事情、忙工作，做不出来结果就会觉得很沮丧，压力很大，常常会在，重复了无数次的事情当中的某一次想放弃。
但是最后我们还是会选择坚持，因为也许下次就会有结果了，成功了呢。
觉得村上的精神值得我们学习，而且可以适用于许多地方。
所谓坚持就是胜利，大概就是这个意思吧。

When he adjusted his mind, living on fishing with A Gan, he started to enjoy the wonderful life and thank A Gan's help. The movie is intended to tell people that life is wonderful by this character. Rainbow is always after cloud. The key point is that whether we have a good mind and an opportunity to ourselves to change bad situation. The movie is also sent such a message to us: do well what we should do, and life will return us well. There will be a miracle if only there is perseverance.
