OK

It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eyes.
Survival of the fittestThere is no exception to the rule that every organic being naturally increases at so high a rate, that, if not destroyed, the earth would soon be covered by the progeny of a single pair. Even slow-breeding man has doubled in twenty-five years, and at this rate, in less than a thousand years, there would literally not be standing room for his progeny. How plants survive?Thousands of flowering plants will start to appear. Seeds of plants such as the desert dandelion lie in the ground for years waiting for the rain. Other plants have adapted to the harsh environment by storing water in their leaves, stems or roots. To prevent this, desert plants have small waxy leaves and fewer pores. Many close their pores during the day so they do not lose moisture. How animals survive?1. Smaller mammals often have large ears. The animal loses heat through its ears.2. Reptile venturing out in daytime try to avoid touching the hot sand.3. All desert animals survive on little water. Many small animals live on the moisture in their food. How peoples survive? On the edges of the desert, nomadic peoples graze flocks of sheep and goats. They are constantly moving to fresher pastures. Around oases there are settlements and sometimes farms. The mud-brick houses are kept cool by their thick window-less walls. The schemes use knowledge and resources that are readily available to local communities. They include planting trees and hedges to protect crops from grazing animals and wind erosion.Today we live the environment was been polluted. So we must take actions to protect it. All aspects of our life begin from myself protect the environment.
Learn to love and care Here I am sitting on a couch alone, thinking about what I have just finished reading with tears of sadness filling my eyes and fire of indignation filling my heart, which revived my exhausted soul that has already been covered by the cruelty and the selfishness of the secular world for a long time. It is truly what I felt after reading Oliver Twist, written by the prominent British author Charles Dickens. The resonance between me and the book makes me feel not only the kindness and the wickedness of all the characters in the novel, but what this aloof society lacks, and what I lack deep inside. These supreme resources I’m talking about right now are somewhat different from minerals, oil that we usually mention. They’re abstract like feelings, and some kinds of spiritual stimulation that all of us desire anxiously from one another —— love and care. Those charitable figures whom Dickens created in the novel are really what we need in life. They showed love and care to others, just as the gentle rain from the sky fell upon the earth, which was carved into my heart deeply. Mr. Brownlow is one such person. The other day he had one of his elaborate watches stolen by two skilled teenage thieves, Artful Dodger and Charley Bates, and thought naturally it was Oliver, who was an orphan and forced to live with a gang of thieves, that had done it because he was the only one near by after the theft had taken place. Being wrathful, he caught Oliver, and sent him to the police station where the ill-tempered, unfair magistrates worked. Fortunately for him, Oliver was proved innocent by one onlooker afterwards. With sympathy, Mr. Brownlow took the injured, poor Oliver to his own home. There Oliver lived freely and gleefully for some months as if he were Mr. Brownlow’s own son. One day, however, Mr. Brownlow asked Oliver to return some books to the bookseller and to send some money for the new books that he had already collected. The thief Oliver once stayed with kidnapped him. After that he disappeared in Mr. Brownlow’s life. Searching for a while, Mr. Brownlow had to believe the fact that he had run away with his money. But dramatically, they came across each other again a few years later. Without hesitation, Mr. Brownlow took Oliver home for the second time not caring if he had done something evil. Perhaps most of us would feel confused about Mr. Brownlow’s reaction. But as a matter of fact, this is just the lesson we should learn from him. Jesus said in the Bible. “Forgive not seven times, but seventy-times seven.” Why is that? Because forgiveness is our ability to remove negative thoughts and neutralize them so our energy may be spent on doing what we came here for. We cannot move forward in our future if past issues cloud our thinking. Stop put Mr. Brownlow into the list of your models. Always give people a second chance no matter what they might have done. That’s also a substantial part of loving and caring others. Charles Dickens said:“Love makes the world go around.” These immortal words have inspired and will keep on inspiring us to chant the melody of love and to say the prayer of care forevermore. Let us, therefore, enjoy life and treat other people lovingly. These principles are the roots and foundations of beliefs supporting this article and our mission together.
Kent State University's school of theatre and dance performed a rendition of the classic, Jane Eyre this month. The show was a musical with all of the necessary elements to lift you from your seat and submerse youinto a society in nineteenth century England from the time the cell phone shut-off announcement was made until the last note at the curtain call. The recurring arches, darkened, soft lighting, and the use of a classic chorus to go along with them alluded that a sinister underbelly of social status and reputation were present in the performance. One of the first things that an audience member noticed was the grandeur of the set. It was composed of a gothic-style foreground with rustic twigs of a root-like earthy appearance. There were grand arches for windows and entries as well. Also, the background was a large arch with the silhouette of roots. There were also two matching greek-style pillar arches on either side of the stage. They added a lot to many messages of the show. For one, they were grand structures that were barren inside which is much like Mr. Rochester himself. He was a man of high social stature but felt enslaved by his trick of a marriage and his grand yet incomplete (without a true love) home. The arches also suggest the importance of reputation with the same sort of fundamental grand image yet emptiness. The way that people are enslaved yet scramble to ascertain that solid image amongst their peers. The arches were almost inviting the audience to come inside to reveal their secret, the thing that was hidden deep inside that could send the structure crumbling in ruin. Insect is a distinguished French entomologist, writer Fabre handed down masterpiece, a monumental work is not only a literary masterpiece, and also a scientific encyclopedia. Insect in detail a number of insects, introduced their instincts, habits, work, marriage, reproduction and death. Fabre has a strong interest in insects, so he's Insect let me read as though he is the one on the sidelines of the insects. Each insect has, like the emotion. Such as: The locusts have already Huang Leshen, complete the 'Sanshiliuji go for the best' forget this trick to go to the back of the head. Reading the Insect, I can even imagine the activities of insects in the picture, the immediate word is no longer boring, but the mystery of nature. Cicadas sing again, and then manage the household crickets, spiders and then capture the food ... ... the mysterious nature has such interesting things, I respect nature and wells, it has a cautious side. Insect not just dip always be awe for life, but also contains some kind of spirit. That spirit is the truth, that the pursuit of truth, seek truth. This is the Fabre spirit. In Insect Records under the guidance, I want to continue to explore the wonderful world of insects

Goodness is to humans what water is to fish Oliver Twist, an orphan, who was thrown into a world full of poverty and crime. He suffered enormous pain,. While reading the tragic experiences of the little Oliver, I was shocked by his sufferings. I felt for the poor boy, but at the same time I detested the evil Fagin and the brutal Bill. The goodness eventually conquered devil and Oliver lived a happy life in the end. One of the plots that attracted me most is that after the theft, little Oliver was allowed to recover in the kind care of Mrs. Maylie and Rose and began a new life. the nature of goodness is one of the most necessary character for a person. Goodness is to humans what water is to fish. He who is without goodness is an utterly worthless person. On the contrary, as the famous saying goes, ‘The fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose’, he who is with goodness undoubtedly is a happy and useful person. People receiving his help are grateful to him and he also gets gratified from what he has done, and thus he can do good to both the people he has helped and himself. Tom Sawyer -- is the giant Mark Twain by American young life as the main body. The story background, the nineteenth century American Mississippi River in st. Petersburg. The protagonist Tom is innocent and lively and playful. The typical American young He and the wild child shark, do a lot of changes. As Tom was painted walls, but a trick, not only make the other children to replace him willingly, also be XieLi on. Later and shark, fled to island people thought they were drowned, for they held a funeral church, but they were hiding in the church tower on eavesdropping. These naughty action, although cannot give us a model for justice, but he came to testify, resolutely lift, save the innocent criminals foam husband Peter. And in the naughty, incredibly and shark uncovered a murder, become all admired the little hero. Tom seems to have worthy of our study. Actually the naughty children sometimes just reflected the innocent children. This childlike had childhood is hard to find, can let us find only a bit, it will be remembered the occasional sweet memory. I believe, if your childhood again hard, in retrospect, you will be happy. Who hasn't done a thing in childhood and the foolish? When you grow up, you will feel these stupid interesting. I said my childhood is like a pot liqueur, after, the longer the sweet taste, the pure, the aftertaste letting a person. People always grow, besides height, body has grown stronger, people's thoughts are long. Your view on the world is different, sensible, no longer childish. But people is getting better. Don't like the adventures of the ruthless villains, and his quest do bad, people see people hate. But at last he still las toman, got a starved to death in the cave. Watching the adventures of Tom Sawyer -- I envy Tom can have such an interesting experience. The book makes people look with relish, even excises. I think, Tom Sawyer -- you annoyed when perhaps can make you laugh.
EVEN by the standards of the worst financial crisis for at least a generation, the events of Sunday Spetember14th and the day before were extraordinary. The weekend began with hopes that a deal could be struck, with or without government backing, to save Lehman Brothers, America’s fourth-largest investment bank. It ended with Lehman’s set for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and the bank preparing to wind itself up after those efforts failed. Other vulnerable financial giants scrambled to sell themselves or raise enough capital to stave off a similar fate. Merrill Lynch, the third-biggest investment bank, sold itself to Bank of America (BofA), an erstwhile Lehman suitor, in a $50 billion all-stock deal. American International Group (AIG) brought forward a potentially life-saving overhaul and went cap-in-hand to the Federal Reserve. On Sunday night the situation was still fluid, with bankers and regulators working to limit the fallout. They were girding themselves for a dreadful Monday in the markets. Australia’s stockmarket opened sharply lower on Monday (most other Asian bourses were closed). American stock futures were deep in the red too, and the dollar weaker. Spreads on risky credit, already elevated, widened further. The effect of the global financial The international financial crisis is becoming more and more worse, the impact on the Chinese economy is also further expansion, it even extended into every aspect of society. For example, manufacturing, energy, food, IT… and so on.. From the news, many international companies went bankrupt, and more companies begin to lay off employees, also cancelled the original recruitment plan. Around us, many people can not find a job. This is a global economic crisis, no one can disregard .Facing the crisis, We can only helpless? No way. Everything has two sides. The financial crisis also let investors concer about the long-term growth prospects field. For example, the field of new energy. It also provides China opportunities of increasing the input of new energy. We will use their wisdom, potential, and find the way to overcome it. This is the only way to minimize crisis, also can be safely in this crisis.

There was a man who had seven sons, but he had no daughter, greatly though he longed for one. At last his wife told him that they could again expect a child and, sure enough, when it was born it was a baby girl. There was great rejoicing, but the child was weak and puny, so weak that it had to be christened at once. The father told one of the boys to go quickly to the spring and fetch christening water; the other six ran along with him, and because each of them wanted to be the first to dip the jug into the well, it fell in and sank. So there they stood and didn‘t know what to do, and none of them dared go home. When they didn‘t come back their father got impatient and said:“ I‘ll wager they‘ve been playing some game again and forgotten all about it, the godless brats.“ He was afraid the little girl would have to die unbaptized, and in his rage he cried out:“ I wish those boys would all turn into ravens.“ He‘d scarcely spoken the words when he heard a whirring of wings in the air overhead, looked up and saw seven coal-black ravens flying away.
