我大学过了四级，有好多年没有用英语了，以后想出国旅游用英语，该怎么学
北京新东方英语学习部老师建议，大学四级主要是应对考试方面的能力，口语方面并没有什么锻炼，但是太久没有接触英语了，忘记的会比较多，还应该巩固一下基础知识，基础牢固了可以进行口语的学习，从基础开始一点点加深难度，这样会更有效，记得更牢固，学口语也要多加练习，要敢于张口，因为在国内没有语言的大环境，我们要靠自身创造说英语机会。
英语四级水平，可以一个人出国旅游吗

政策上四级不过不直接影响考研，但有些学校四级不过是不发给学士学位的，而考研必须具有学士学位，否则当年就不能考。
所以，只要你们学校能发学位证书给你，那就没问题。
一般复试的时候会问到英语水平或等级（不过你可以撒个谎），所以能过还是尽量过了吧。
