“一分耕耘，一份收获”。
每次在我遇到困难时总会情不自禁地念起了这句名言。
是它让我在即将退缩的那一刻鼓起了勇气，去面对困难。
只有经得起磨练的人才能到达胜利的顶峰，而那些经不起风吹雨打的人只能被淘汰。
铁与刚就能说明这个问题。
铁与钢是同一材料制成的，而两者却截然不同。
这是为什么呢
在火炉中，在铁锤下，到处都是铁的身影，经过不断的千锤百炼，烈火焚烧，它变成了无坚不摧的钢。
而那些怕吃苦的铁，却在黑暗的角落里生了锈，变卖了一块废物。
说到这儿，我想到了懒惰的自己。
以前的我是多么糟糕，在写作文上，怕吃苦，怕练习。
后来妈妈给我买了三四本作文指导书，有空就看，在睡觉之前也要看。
等看完了这几本书以后，我的作文水平有了一定的提高。
之后妈妈又帮我买了几本练习写作文的书。
有些是半命题作文，要把作文补充完整。
我每个星期都要写一篇，有些时候作业少了，我就要多写几篇。
写完后，让妈妈给我点评，然后再根据妈妈的点评进行修改，这种半命题作文锻炼了我的思考能力，也在妈妈的辅导下有了长足的进步。
另外每本书里，都有二三十篇作文，这些都是精品作文，还有对作文的讲解。
每次自己做完后再看一下别人写的好作文。
对比一下，哪里写得好，哪里写得不好，通过这种方式不断的去改进自己，我的作文水平也在我的努力下慢慢地提高了。
我就是这样一块普通的铁，也需要经历锤炼，才能能成为一块好钢，这不仅仅是在学习上，在生活的其它的方面也是如此，只有不断的去努力，不断的磨练才能一步步迈向自己的目标。
“一分耕耘，一份收获”。
我永远忘不了这句名言。
