大学英语四级的心得体会1
本期的英语培训即将落下帷幕，培训期间，我感受了很多，也学到了很多。
在四级考试两次不过的情况下，受资助获得这次培训机会，给我学习英语带来了新的希望。在此我非常感谢学校对我们贫困家庭的学子在对英语学习上的极大帮助，我也将更加努力的学习，争取在这次即将来临的四级考试中通过英语考试，并且继续努力向英语更高处迈进。
以下是我的一些心得体会：
这次培训的老师非常优秀，幽默风趣的作文培训，充满活力的综合培训老师，声音具有磁性的听力老师，富有感染力的阅读培训老师。他们的培训让我从新对英语的学习有了一个新的认识。在老师们系统的练习下，我对英语四级考试有了一个更好多把握。首先，要想英语考出比较理想的成绩抓住作文和阅读这两大重中之重是关键。
对于写作：
一、先确立一个“list”，内容是作文题目，并保证这个“list”中的题目是考试中有可能出现的，比如，有关个人的：上学问题；工作问题；有关社会的：社会问题；抽象问题。这样在练习写作的时候可以从上边的列表中每次抽取一个进行展开练习，以求做到有据可依。
二、动笔之前，大概进行一下“brainstorm”的程序，即将想到的有关要写的东西都写下来，同时确定自己的立场和主要观点并进行逻辑归类，以求逻辑清晰，不至于写到后来乱了阵脚。在“brainstorm”时，所想到的可以是词、句，也可以是从前看过的别人的观点，总之一切有用的、能想到的都尽量写下来，以备不时之需。
三、写正文。这时要借助一些范文，范句等，同时你的语法修养，词汇修养也都会体现出来了。万事开头难，虽然我现在的词汇量还很不足，但是我相信只要要坚持，挺过去就海阔天空了！我会用各种方法来增进我的写作能力，包括看有关范文，抄别人的好句，自己闷头狂写。
第二，听说读写都是学好英语的基础，但是我的体会是：以阅读为基础，带动各方面全面提高。一边读一边对取得的信息进行加工和推理，否则等到阅读完文章以后有用的信息已忘得错不多了。从整体上把握文章的.意思，复杂句子避免一字一词对着翻译，发挥一下想象力，尽可能多的中文功底也是必须的，如成语谚语，必要时可联系上。抓住关键词和段首段尾句，有助于提高阅读的质量和效率。逼着自己多阅读。相信只要长期按照正确的方法联系下去我的阅读会有所提高的。
在听力方面，从老师那学会了看着英语文章听英语并跟读，以及看着中文翻译听英语并跟读来联系听力，这个方法我觉得很有作用。同时我还自己也掌握了一些练习听力的方法，比如听英文歌曲，看英语电影，并强迫自己尽量不要看字幕。在日常生活中大胆的同同学说英语等各种方式来练习。在老师系统化的梳理了练习听力的方法以及答题诀窍等我已经不再那么畏惧听力。
综合老师的复习，让我把高中的知识有重新记忆了一遍，使记忆更加清晰，以前不是很清楚的知识点以及不会的现在也有了一个更好的把握。
最后非常感谢学校给我的这次培训机会，让我掌握了很多学习英语的新方法，让我从新对学习英语有了很高的兴趣和动力以及学习英语的信心。生活照
大学英语四级的心得体会2
一、单词
建议你不用天天拿着单词书记单词，因为那样记了，也很容易忘记，效率很低。你只要把你当天做完的四级题目里，不认识的单词或者固定搭配抄写在自己的笔记本上。等做完试题后再去记一下，这样做的原因有两个：第一：单词本里的单词记了之后，很容易忘记，而且这里的部分单词在四级题目里，不一定会出现。第二：四级试题里既然出现那些单词，说明这些词出题率还是比较高的，值得一记（注重积累哦）。
二、听力
当然，听听力之前，一定要把问题和问题的答案选项看一下，这样可以让我们大概了解题目可能的主题。很重要的是听时要注意是男方还是女方说的话，这主要是前8个短对话，前8个题目还有就是有个原则：一般是往不好的方向发展，比如迟到，改变计划，委婉拒绝邀请等。长对话，听关键词，如果一个词在本文出现的次数很多，那么一般这段对话的主题就是围绕他展开的，时间题，一般第一个出现的时间不是答案，要经过简单的计算得出的答案才正确的。听力填空，这个题型对词汇要求有点高，主要是前7个填空，注意时态，单复数。三个句子，第一遍做好笔记（关键词），第二遍用自己的话组织写出来（能用原文更好，但是用原文有点难），第三遍就是检查自己的句子是否符合原文意思。
三、阅读
1、快速阅读
据我所知，快速阅读要求不高，但是信息量大。一般来说很多快速阅读都有小标题，先看题目，再找关键词，比如人名，地点等，再根据关键词在文中找信息，这样就有针对性，比较省时间。
2、选词填空
可以肯定的说这个和完型填空差不多，但是从某种程度上要简单些（但是要有一定的词汇量），首先把选项标上词性，有些不认识的单词看词缀标词性。然后在题目中分析缺少什么，要用什么时态。一般经过分析排除后剩下2到3个答案。在放到文章中排除，就可以得到答案。有时候只剩一个答案呢（这就是我觉得比完型简单的原因）
3、深度阅读
这类题比快速阅读要求要高，但是篇幅要短哦。有些题目还是可以按照快速阅读方法来做的，但是主题或推断就得看全文的意思了，一般在第一段或者第一句话，还有可能是最后一句话。还有问作者观点的题目，你可以看作者是从哪方面写的，是写它带来了好处（positive）还是坏处（nagitive），还是没有带来自己的看法（Objective（客观的））。
4、做题原则
快：阅读的速度一定要稍微快，不快的话，很可能做不完题目（这个注重个人训练）。
准：对于问题的答案把握要准（不要以个人观点来判断作者意图）。
狠：就是你选了答案之后，不要犹豫（时间太宝贵了），马上寻找下一题的答案。
带着问题去阅读中找答案，找到之后，马上选上，找不到的话，就选你认为最可能的答案，一般阅读中的答案是按问题的顺序给的。
5、完形填空
首先看文章，速度要快，只是了解大意（2分钟）
然后边看边选，把自己认为一定是对的选上（主要是固定搭配，连词，短语等还有符合文章的意思的）
第三遍根据文章意思把文章剩下的全部填上，不会的也要用排除法填上哦。
练习的时候一定要把不会的选项的单词记下来，下次看到至少要认得。
四、翻译
对于四级的翻译，一般考三类题目：虚拟语气，倒装，词组和时态。翻译时候一定要注意时态，还有就是一定要去写，希望老师给同情分。
五、作文
作文是相对于其他题型容易在短时间提高的题型，四级要求不是很高。你可以到网上找些模板，读读真题优秀范文，这个是不错的提高方法。
六、总结
首先自己要学会总结，自己做练习的时候一定要严格按照时间做题，习惯了在考试中就不会做不完了。平常练习时候不要太在意自己的正确率，这个时候错了很多，学到经验，考试就错的更少，对自己要有信心。

英语四级的学习心得体会2
考试趁早。
由于我们高中学习英语时间比较多，词汇量储存大，所以一旦大学通知可以报名考试，你一定要先报名，不要想着学一段时间再报，因为随着时间推移，你的词汇量会慢慢淡忘，不利于考试。
学习时间。
如果你的英语基础比较薄弱，那你最少要准备4个月时间，前两个月每天抽出两小时学习，后两个月每天学习5小时;如果你基础较好，那准备2到3个月时间即可，本人基础还可以，准备了两个月的时间，最后顺利通过。
基础薄弱者学习重点。
基础不好的学生，要先掌握足够的词汇量，不要去背字典，可以在书店或网上买一杯四级词汇手册，里面提炼出了四级考试的所有词汇，每天背10到20个单词，反复记忆，直到脱口而出。一个月后开始做四级模拟题，两天一套或一天一套，争取所有知识点都掌握，最后再做真题。
基础较好者学习重点。
基础还可以的学生，词汇量掌握也还可以，可以找一本高频词汇，比较难平时自己记不住的，利用闲暇时间背一下，并与模拟题同时学习，保证每天的学习量，最后再做历年的真题。
熟做真题。
做真题只需要选择最近五年的真题即可，其余的真题价值不大，做真题时要明确考点，并且按照规定时间完成，将错题记录在本子上，最后统一复习，每套真题最少要做两遍，因为真题都是精华，里面出现的词汇很可能再次出现。

Not possible, you say. Well, wait a minute people are once again considering the idea of a Channel tunnel or bridge.
This time , the great London Council is looking into the possibility of building a channel link straight to London. A bridge would cost far more a tunnel, but you would be able to go by rail or by car on a bridge, whereas a tunnel would provide a rail link only.
Why is this idea being discussed again? Is Britain realizing the need for links with Europe as a result of joining EEC? Well, perhaps. The main reason , though, is that a tunnel or bridge would reach the twenty square kilometers of Londons discussed stimulate trade and revitalise the port, and would ,make London a main trading center in Europe. With a link over the channel, you could buy your fish and chips in England and be able to eat them in France while they are still warm!
