教授讲座的心得体会1
在通小校本培训很荣幸能聆听到李群教授的讲座，她给人的感觉亲切自然，语言富有魅力，专业术语信手拈来，但又丝毫不做作卖弄。她真诚地与我们交流，并没有空洞地说教，而是通过一个个典型的故事与我们分享、分析，引领我们从中体悟“快乐”“乐观”。真不愧是教授级别啊！
李群教授首先为我们讲解的是“压力”，她谈到正确认识压力，压力产生的因素，压力的影响等问题，我记住的一句话是“井无压力不出油，人无压力轻飘飘。”强调的是适当的压力也会创造佳绩的事实——我相信这句话，也相信生活中要不断的给压。
李教授谈到的第二个问题是关于“乐观”的，她引用马丁·赛得格曼的《学习乐观》，在“乐观型解释风格”中，李教授借曹操的乐观来说明这个问题。“赤壁之战”曹操大败，逃回的路上，曹哈哈大笑。属下不知为何，故疑惑问之：“主公，我们打了败仗，为什么你还哈哈大笑呢？”曹操笑着回答：“胜败乃兵家常事，我的失败只是暂时的。”曹操的这种气魄让人折服，我们且不论这个历史人物到底是什么样的一个形象，但他的开朗和乐观确实值得我们每一个人学习。
我很喜欢李教授对教育的诠释，她说“教育的目的是促进人的幸福”，“一个好老师的标准，是能从大家都认为的差生身上找到10个优点”，她还说：孔子最欣赏的，不是子路的勇敢和帅才，不是子贡的外交和商务能力，也不是冉有的可以面南为王的谋略，而是颜回的“人不堪其忧，回也不改其乐”的高尚人文精神。
李教授说，乐观是可以修炼的——在我们的心理银行，每天都要存下资本——别人对你的好，你要敏锐地感受到；别人对你的不好，你要迟钝地反应。伟大的“不可救药的乐天派”苏东坡，是我们永远学习的榜样，他一生坎坷多次被贬，但苦中作乐，不断创作，开荒种田，研制服饰，打猎引渠，无所不能；痛并快乐着，烦但不闲着，苦日子好过。
李群教授的讲座深深地触动了我，我们该怎样做人，做个什么样的人，做个什么样的老师？我们的性格特征和价值取向都会极大影响孩子们的成长与发展。我们不仅要反思，更要行动！

今天，认真聆听钱志亮教授的报告，他的报告理论联系实际，深入浅出，旁征博引，他幽默的语言，热情的互动，真诚的交流，使我受益匪浅。
从钱志亮的报告中我深刻地认识到了：无数细节决定了教学行为的好坏。反思我们的课堂教学，往往很多时候都忽略了教学的细节，我们应该把更多的眼光投入到教学细节上来，我们要在自己的教学实践中发现细节，研究细节，处理细节，从细节入手，揣摩一言一行，一举一动，
教学的合理化，精确化，是教学充满生机与活力。
钱教授不但为我们带来了全新的理念和方法，还用自己的行动诠释了有效课堂从哪来。我被他的精彩讲解深深地吸引住了，忘却了时间与疲惫，但却引发了我无限的思索：我们带给学生的是如此生动活泼，激情洋溢的课堂吗？
钱教授报告充满着人生智慧与哲理，给人以思考与启迪，对我今后的工作有着重大的指导作用。
教授讲座的心得体会3
提前安排好了课，早早地等在电脑前，就怕错过了周四上午温儒敏教授《谈谈中小学语文的备课》的讲座。可以收听到现场直播的讲座，实数机会难得。一个半小时的精彩讲座让我耳目一新，听到了好多新鲜的声音，我一边做着记录，一边也思考了很多，回来将自己的思绪整理了一番。在今后的教学中如何去落实新课标的每个环节，到底该怎样去备课等等，很多地方都引起我们年轻教师思考的。
首先：温教授在讲座中指出了当代很多教师的一大通病，就是在备课前对新课标缺乏整体的认识，只见树木不见森林，仅仅是把自己的视野限制在自己要讲授的一课上，对于每个年级段的目标自己也只是简单的了解。那么究竟如何落实教学目标？怎样能对课程目标有个通盘的认识？怎么把课程目标真真切切地落实到课堂教学当中去呢？温教授指出现代的小学语文教师应对整过的小学，初中的教学目标都要有整体的把握，甚至要有量化的标准。要尽可能了解每个单元在整过教学目标中的位置，努力做到一课一得，教学目标遍地开花，面面俱到，就会导致重点不突出，目标达成度不高。我想，如果教学目标都错了，再好的教学方法都没什么意义。所以对于课标我们要反复读，仔细读，作为语文老师我们应把课标牢记在心。曾看到一位名师的做法，就是把每一个学段的课标贴到自己的教案上，这样就能随时温习课标，时刻把课标铭记于心。
温教授还提到了一个特别重要的问题，就是教学要有梯度，有年段的针对性，并举例说明，要求我们广大的老师一起摸索或者尝试确立教学的梯度，能真正做到根据每个年段孩子的发展特点和规律进行有针对性的教学。
其次：温教授指出很多教师对课本不能深入探究，过分依赖教参和名师教案是一线教师的一大通病。很多教师都是在临上课前，简单地看一看要上课的教案，殊不知有些教案在自己的课堂上根本就没办法实施，究其根本原因还是每个地区的学情有所不同。教师在备课时不但要循序落实课程目标，还要备学生。不同年段，每个班级学生的学情不同就决定了在备课中如何从学生的学情出发落实教学内容。信息化时代是对教师敬业精神的考验，如果过分依赖现成的教案设计，从某种意义上说是对教师工作的亵渎。语文教师首要的是要提高个人的语文素养，扎实的教学基本功和较高的课堂教学管理能力都是很多老师要不断追求的。所以即使是自己再熟悉不过的课文，教师也不能轻车熟路，也要重新阅读，针对每一篇课文要有自己的思考和理解，要学会知识的变通，绝不能把自己变成一味的教书匠。
第三：针对温教授提出的另一个通病，我也很赞成，就是很多老师在自己的课堂教学中有很多的花架子，课堂程序太多。眼花缭乱的教学设计让课堂非常活跃，孩子积极性很高，但实际上孩子的收获很少，知识点被分离的支离破碎，潜心阅读的文字太少，孩子只停留在表面的字词句上，不能真正地走进文本。
温教授的讲座实实在在提出了老师在备课中的很多问题，让我有了更多的思考，真是受益匪浅！更多的问题还需要在今后的教学中慢慢去探究和改变。

20XX年10月16日，我参加了教育学院组织的骨干教师培训，有幸聆听到钱志亮教授的讲座《教师职业的基本逻辑》，他的个人素质，个人魅力非常值得我们做教师的好好揣摩，好好学习，钱老师的报告主题内容清晰，理论联系实际，从遗传学、心理学、伦理学、宗教学、儒家道家哲学、文字学等诸多方面论述了人的涵义，人的差异，人的教育等内容，这些问题不少都是老师们、家长们非常关心的实际问题；他用幽默、睿智、富有哲理的语言，向我们娓娓道来生命的来之不易，从而引领我们敬畏生命、尊重生命、珍惜生命、热爱生命——顺理成章地导出——爱生，导出教育的原点是爱！由爱生而产生的责任。他的语言诙谐幽默，生动、活泼，幷善于运用各种方式与听者沟通，钱老师的语言表达方式大家听起来很舒服、很有感染力，他的论述生动有趣，深入浅出，参与互动，把较深奥的教育方针、素质教育、新课程改革、学校文化及管理淋漓尽致的表达出来，能够紧紧抓住我们的兴奋点，吸引在场的每个人，时刻打动我们的心，讲座内容更引发我深深的思考：在当今教育中我们应该做什么，用心走出自己生命的轨迹。作为教师的我们应该给学生正确的、饱满的爱，因为“没有爱就没有教育”，但我们又有谁能真正做到了呢？有时我们也看不上班上的那些调皮捣蛋的学生，有时对那些学习不好的学生也冷言冷语，听了报告后，我会改变这种态度，我会正视学生之间的差异，人都不是完美的。让我们爱班级内的每一位同学如同爱我们自己！我们应敬畏生命、珍惜生命。我们应珍惜这份“教育缘”，我们相遇不容易，正如钱志亮教授所说：“五百年修得擦肩过，一千年修来一回眸”。同时我们更应庆幸我们活着不孤单，我们的身边有好多陪伴我们的人，我们要感谢上苍，让那么多的学生来陪我，我们不但要善待自己的生命，也要善待陪伴我们的人，呵护比我们弱小的生命，因为我们能够因为教育而结缘，这是何等的荣幸。我们用我们教师博大的胸怀去包容他们、用理智去教化他们、用知识去武装他们、用爱去感化他们，让我们正视差异的存在！让我们珍惜相遇的这份缘，让我们关爱学生，让他们快乐的成长。钱教授用他那大师的智慧、幽默和深刻的思考，无不启迪着我们，作为一名教师，我们更要感激生存，敬畏生命！珍惜缘分，用心感动！倾心相助，激发潜能，促进发展！我们要把爱学生当做教育教学工作的根本，当做教育艺术的核心。为我们的教育教学工作画上完美的句号。
下面是我对建构有效课堂的几点思考。
第一，充分做好上课前的.准备。除了要做好体现教学内容的精细的备课，还要做好心理、形象方面的准备。这方面钱教授讲了生动实际的例子，在某个班级，喜欢数学老师的学生数学成绩较高，喜欢语文老师的学生语文成绩相对较高。这就告诉我们教师的形象很重要，我们应该注意自身形象，尽量使自己让学生看起来赏心悦目，同时建立和谐的师生关系，这也是提高课堂效率的潜在因素。
第二，抓住学生的感觉通道。钱教授主要展开讲了视觉通道和听觉通道两个方面，深入细致地告诉我们如何确保学生的感觉通道的通畅。使我们一下子注意到很多平常教学中容易忽视的细节问题，比如学生对色彩的喜好与厌恶可能导致学习心理的千差万别，甚至给我们讲到人眼睛的虹膜色差造成的对光线的不同需求。使我们了解到学生在生理心理方面的个体差异，都有可能影响学生对课堂内容的接收。
第三，回顾自己每节课的课堂效率。随着钱教授深入浅出的科学理论指导，对有效课堂的概念有了更深入的了解与把握。在分析自己课堂效率的时候有了一些比较详细的指标，比如是否绝大多数学生能在规定时间内掌握规定教学内容，比如看课皇冠网址堂是否兼顾优差生，学生的参与程度等等。这样就使我们在分析自己课堂效率的时候有章可循，尽快找到课堂的不足之处。
此外，有效课堂的评价以及好课的标准等方面，也为我们提供了努力的方向，在此目标的指引下，我们要潜下心来钻研方法，分析课堂中存在的问题，了解学生的个性差异，提升自己的素质，锤炼自己的课堂教学能力，打造自身独特的教学魅力，才能真正构建属于我们自己的有效课堂。
教授讲座的心得体会5
我非常赞同教授的观点：如果你没有真正走进一名教师，不曾深入的了解他所处的特定的教学环境，就没有资格对他的课进行点评。我没有真正饯行王教授的教学模式，只是根据这些日子以来我身边的同事所作的探索课及我们之间的交流，来谈一谈我的感受。这些感受注定是浅薄、片面、直观甚至是偏激的。也许它唯一的可贵之处就是真实吧。
我的感受主要有两种：惊喜与疑惑。
惊喜的是一直以来，不断推动历史的车轮滚滚向前的不懈动力就是变革与维新，然而，新事物的出现总是无一例外的由于遭遇质疑、阻挠而举步维艰。教学改革也是如此。而王教授这么多年来一直坚持自己的教学模式并身体力行地去实践，值得我们所有的人去认真学习！我真的从心底里深深地佩服并尊重他。疑惑的是许多老师在探索与实践教授模式的过程中遇到了一些暂时无法解决问题，而这些问题却是这种模式所回避的，因此教授本人也不曾提出有针对性的解决方案。
惊喜的是，知识树的创意把我们带入了一个全新的世界，它体现出知识的内在联系，便于学生在头脑中形成整体的知识框架，有利于培养学生对知识的整合能力。疑惑的是，我所看到的所有的小学英语学科的知识树都是一个样子，左边单词右边句型，每一课都是信手拈来的把知识简单的划分为单词与句型，如此单调又毫无悬念的重复意义何在呢？
惊喜的是新模式是如此的重视自主学习的重要性，注重培养学生的自学能力，疑惑的是对于那些学习意识淡薄，由于年龄小而毫无自制力的学生即便是一对一的进行教学都很难达到良好的学习效果，自学又从何谈起呢？
惊喜的是小组合作的学习形式有利于培养学生的合作精神与竞争意识，疑惑的是这样的座位位置无法兼顾学生的视力调整与骨骼生长，也给课上纪律带来了隐患。
惊喜的是人人清的理念关注了每一个孩子的发展，也是深藏在所有教育工作者心中的最高理想。疑惑的是这个理想太过高远，如果真的做到了这个世界上就不存在学困生了。英语大课堂上的每节课都完美的做到了人人清，那是台下练习了无数次后的完美表演，不是真正的教学。
惊喜的是我们要进行新的模式的探索与实践了，疑惑的是我们身在教学一线的教师竟然没有自己的教学模式，而只能听任前人探索的模式。
我有太多的惊喜与疑惑，惊喜的是我们每个人都怀有美好崇高的教学理想，疑惑的是只要整体的应试教育的模式不改变，我们所作的一切改革也只不过是在为提高应试技巧做准备，在高分与高能之间走钢丝。什么才是最好的教学方法，看看六年级毕业考试前晚自习中忙忙碌碌的身影就知道了。
希望我们会在解决疑惑中，创造惊喜，不断前行吧。

It's a great honor for me to stand here to deliver a speech to you. Then today I want to talk something about dreams and reality.
As the famous Russian litterateur Lev Tolstoy (列夫、托尔斯泰)said, “Ideal is the beacon(烟火、灯塔). Without ideal, there is no secure (无虑的`, 安全的, 安心的, 可靠的, 保险的)direction; without a direction, there is no life.” So there’s no doubt that everyone needs his or her own ideal. Have you ever thought that what is practical and sensible(.明智的, 有感觉的, 明理的) will connect with our most treasured dreams? Maybe, to somebody, reality has little relation to ideal. To others nothing can be done without the sense of reality. So make our dreams a part of our reality. And make our reality a part of our dreams. There is no reason why our dreams must oppose our reality. Improve our dreams and our reality by bringing them together.
As a university student, establishing a dream is one of the most important things we have to do .But everyone must see the reality clearly at first. Your family condition, your personal ability, your social intercourse (交往、交流), your subject and the job you want to do, these things show you the reality and lead you to establish a dream.
Further more, difficult or otherwise, we should put the power of reality into our dreams. Last but not least remember to work hard at the task of chasing 追逐our dreams. Do believe that we can achieve our ideal step by step by the passage of time!

Every one of us, rich or poor, should at least have one or two good friends. My friends will listen to me when I want to speak, will wipe my eyes when I cry, will take care of me when I am sick, and my friends will go together with me side by side through this journey of life.
As students, we could share more time with our friends. The friendship in our young hearts is pure, fresh and simple. I often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends. Especially when I had Justin as one of my best friends. Justin was my English teacher from the USA. I met him in 1996 when I was a student who could only speak very little English. Justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face, and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive. He taught us English by telling stories, playing games, singing songs, and even dancing.
I could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on Christmas Eve. It was so interesting and unforgettable. Justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study English well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives. I know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. Facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith, under-standing, and care. Justin is the best friend I have ever had, and I know I will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.
Friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. It is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. It is also like a cup of tea. When we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.
However, in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. More and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of life and -the beauty of friendship. They work hard in order to gain a higher position, in the society and to earn more money for their work. Of course, we don't deny that it is important to find a bet-ter place in our lives, but we wish more and more people could pay a little more attention to themselves and their friends. All of us have to spare some time for personal lives. We have to find the chance to express our emotion and love. When staying with our friends, we can release ourselves completely. We can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry to-gether. I should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.
As we know, we would feel lonely if we didn't even have a friend. But it doesn't mean we could depend on our friends all the time. There is a famous motto saying that “A friend is like a quilt with cotton wadding, but the real thing that keeps you warm is your own temperature.” It is really true. We have to work hard together with our friends, encourage each other and help each other. When we receive love and friendship, we should repay as much as we can.
Finally, let's pray together now that one day, all of us could find the person we want to find, and could enjoy a real beautiful friendship in our lives. Let's pray the flower of friendship be-tween our friends and us would always bloom brightly in our hearts.
