指环王3中洛汗骑士冲锋的背景音乐叫什么
两个国家是盟国，而且是铁一般的盟国，并不存在从属和管辖的意义，双方曾约定在遇到战争的时候互相帮助稍微具体点讲，就是两国的祖上有些血缘关系，那时罗翰还只是一个居住在遥远北部的游牧民族。
后来双方王室又有通婚，关系就更加的铁。
自刚铎王室的男性后裔断绝后，摄政王掌权，但是两国的友好关系不变魔戒战争509年前，东方的蛮族韦恩骑士纠集了一大批人马向刚铎发动进攻，当时的摄政王齐尔扬送信给自己的盟友伊欧，请他支援。
伊欧接到信后只思考片刻便答应了，带着7000多骑兵在21天后赶到刚铎，当时的刚铎军队已被重重包围，幸亏伊欧的部队及时赶到才化解险情。
三个月之后，齐尔扬与伊欧在刚铎的至高君王的坟前盟誓，齐尔扬将刚铎北方一个地广人稀的省赠予伊欧建国，双方承诺在对方遇到敌情时互相帮助。
这就是中土历史上著名的“伊欧誓言”，该誓言持续到“伟大的国王回归”，也就是说回归后便失效了，但后来与罗翰新王再续伊欧誓言伊欧得到的这块土地，日后建立起的国家就是“骏马的家园”罗翰国，魔戒电影里不止一次出现过的Eorlingas，就是“伊欧子民”的意思。
