照搬材完全不同好么。
《汤姆克：全境封锁》讲述的是2015年美国大规模武器袭击事件，爆发地点是纽约，重灾区是曼哈顿区，病毒是经过改良的变种天花病毒，注意，全境封锁说的是大规模生物武器袭击，不是什么瘟疫一类的天灾，隔离死城说的就是天灾。
其次，全境封锁的主角（玩家）是“国土战略局（S.H.D）”依照美国于2001年签署的“51号政令”，从广大群众中挑选出一些拥有一定战斗水平的人加以培养，将其训练成直接听从S.H.D命令的特工，注意，全境封锁并不是普通人拿起武器抗争的故事，而是受过专业训练的特工组织自人群中被激活，然后通过行使S.H.D赋予的特别暴力权利（类似细胞分裂系列里提到的第五自由权），和盘踞在布鲁克林区和曼哈顿区的各种敌人对抗的故事，而隔离死城是什么
普通人面对封锁线和城内混乱的微乎其微的斗争外加心理活动带来的文艺片罢了，文艺片是没法和汤老爷子的军事大片正面对抗的。
第三，S.H.D特工面对的是全副武装的四大势力——莱克斯帮、暴徒、净化者和末世军，S.H.D特工的唯一目标就是从这些势力手里解放纽约，并且确保纽约剩下的人类文明得以保存，隔离死城的主角们目的是什么
只是为了活下去而已，普通人的心态是没法和特工的大目标对比的。
