南丁格尔誓言是南丁格尔为护士所立的誓约。
弗洛伦斯·南丁格尔（FlorenceNightingale，1820-1910年），世界著名护理专家，近代护理教育的创始人，护理学的奠基人。
1851年在德国一所医院接受护理训练。
她所撰写的《医院札记》和《护理札记》两书，以及100余篇论文，均被认为是护理教育和医院管理的重要文献。
1860年在英国圣多马医院首创近代护理学校。
她的教育思想和办学经验被欧美和亚洲国家所采用。
