”张正锋说，伏羲文化、大地湾文化、庆阳农耕文化、岐黄文化、丝路文化、军事文化、黄河文化、藏传佛教文化、伊斯兰文化、石窟文化等历史文化资源富集，都需要保护传承和大力弘扬。
据悉，此次论坛共收到论文50多篇，大部分内容都比较符合甘肃省文化建设的实际。
甘肃行政学院教授张巧艳提出甘肃文化的定位问题“甘肃是中华文明的核心发源地”;研究员甦毅提出“甘肃文物保护现状亟待改善的问题”。
此间，还有业内人士提出在甘肃建设“综合性美术展览馆和美术创作基地”、筹建甘肃名俗文化艺术馆、打造以“丝路花雨”为代表的陇剧品牌;加快甘肃优势文化品牌的培育，重点支持敦煌文化、读者、兰州牛肉面等地方特色品牌建设等独到见解。
此外，新聘任的25位馆员、研究员都是熟悉国情省情、熟悉文史工作、具有较高参政咨询能力，其中有科研院校的专家教授，有文史研究方面的著名学者，也有书画艺术大家。
张正锋表示，今后要充分发挥文史研究馆的独特优势，在弘扬优秀文化、书画艺术研究创作、文化交流、统战联谊上多做贡献。
