英语的倒装句有哪几种形式

倒装是一种语法手段,用于表示一定的句子结构或强调某一句子成分。

倒装句主要有两种:完全倒装和部分倒装。

  1、完全倒装  完全倒装即把整个谓语放到主语之前(是整个谓语动词,而非助动词)。

  例如:The teacher came in and the class began.(没有倒装)  In came the teacher and the class began. (老师走了进来,然后开始上课。

)  2、部分倒装  1) 部分倒装即只把谓语的一部分(如助动词、情态动词等)放到主语前,或把句子的强调成分提前。

  Nor did he let the disease stop him from living the kind of life he has always dreamt about(疾病没有使他放弃过上梦想中的生活)  2) 以否定词开头的句子要求部分倒装。

注意下列句子中助动词或情态动词提前、甚至补充助动词的用法: 例:Not until yesterday did little John change his mind.(小约翰直到昨天才改变了主意。

什么叫形容词(英语)

你这只是一个动词短语,根本不是什么倒装句。

倒装句是要求把(部分或全部)谓语动词放在主语的前面。

比如:Never have I met such a clever girl.这里的助动词have放到了主语I前面。

它就是个典型的部分倒装句。

表示笑的英语词语

说起“笑”,你最熟悉的也许是 smile 或 laugh。

除此之外,英语中还有 不少词汇可表示各种各样的笑。

(1)、beam 指人因心情舒畅而发出的笑,即面带喜悦地笑 (smile happily and cheerfully)。

She beamed back at me in an idiotic manner. 她回头冲着我傻乎乎地笑笑。

The children 's faces beamed with happy smiles. 孩子们的脸上充溢着幸福的笑容。

He greeted me with a beam of joy. 他笑容满面地迎接我。

Yusef chuckled with a beam of pride on his face. 尤塞夫呵呵笑起来,脸上露出得意的笑容。

(2)、grin 指咧嘴露齿而笑,可用作动词或名词。

He grinned when he was delighted at the memory of the matter. 想到往事,他开心地咧嘴笑了起来。

A large cat was lying on the hearth and grinning from ear to ear. 一只大猫正趴在炉边,它正咧着嘴笑。

I know she is joking because she has a big grin on her face. 她咧着嘴在笑,我知道她是在开玩笑。

They looked at each other in a grin of understanding. 他们会心地笑着,互相瞅了一眼。

(3) 、chuckle 指偷笑、暗自低声轻笑,咯咯地笑 ( to laugh softly or amusedly, usually with satisfaction),可用作动词或名词。

(4)、giggle “傻笑”、“咯咯地笑” 指情不自禁发出咯咯的笑声(laugh repeatedlyin silly but uncontrolled way when one is amused, embarraseed or nervous),较多地用于女人或孩子,可用作动词或名词。

Scarlett wanted to giggle at her discomfiture, for Rhett had caught her fairly.思嘉看见她这副狼狈相忍不住要笑出声来, 因为瑞德抓住她的要害了。

The absurd story made all the children started to giggle. 那个荒谬的故事使所有的孩子们都吃吃地笑开了。

(7)、guffaw “狂笑”、“哄笑”, 指哈哈大笑、开心地放声大笑,可用作动词或名词。

He guffawed with delight when he heard the news 听到这个消息,他高兴得狂笑不已。

(8)、titter “窃笑”, 指窘迫时的短促的窃笑(laugh nervously, often at something that you feel you should not be laughing at),可用作动词或名词。

Mention sex therapy and most people will titter in embarrassment.提及性治疗,大多数人会尴尬地偷笑。

可用作动词或名词。

She'll probably sneer at my new shoes because they're not expensive.她很可能会嘲笑我的新鞋,因为它们不是很贵。

(15)、scoff “嘲笑”、“讥笑”,指不尊重、不相信,以致用轻蔑的语言无理嘲笑。

(16)、jeer 指奚落、冷嘲热讽的嘲笑。

可用作动词或名词。

The big boys jeer at Tom Because he is so small.大个男孩子们嘲笑汤姆,因为他个子很矮小。

Don’t jeer at the mistakes or misfortures of others. 不要嘲笑别人的错误或不幸。

I didn't come here today to jeer: I want to give advice.我今天到这儿来不是为了讽刺挖苦,我是想提些建议。

英语倒装句

用于部分倒装的情况:1 表示否定意义或半否定意义的词置于句首时。

常见的有seldom,never,hardly,no not,little 等。

2 由 only,not until 引导的状语置于句首时。

3 no sooner…than, hardly…when等结构中,no sooner 和hardly 置于句首时 主语用部分倒装。

4 在so\\\/such…that 引导的结果状语从句中,so\\\/such引导的部分置于句首时主 句用倒装。

5 “so\\\/neither\\\/nor+be\\\/助动词\\\/情态动词+主语”so与前面的肯定句呼应,nor neither 与后面的否定句呼应。

其中的动词形式取决于前一句的动词。

表示前 者的情况也适用于后者或一者具备两种情况。

6 省略if的虚拟条件句以had\\\/were\\\/should 开头引起的倒装。

全倒装的情况:较常见的是here\\\/there 等表示方向的词放句首或介词短语放句首

描写人物语言动作的句子

一、动作1.她握住我的手,下下打量一番,轻轻叹了口气。

2.她站了起来,回答得那么准确,那么自然,那么流畅,似乎早有准备似的。

3.宁佳音跑到跳高架的横杆前,又脚踏地,双臂猛摆,身体就像小燕子一样飞过了横杆。
