关于青春期教育的演讲稿
青春期健康教育主要是通过对10岁---24岁的青少年进行青春期健康教育，提高他们性生理、性心理与生殖健康知识水平，增强他们健康意识和自我保护能力。
青春期是青少年生理发育和心理变化急剧发展的时期，也是世界观、人生观、价值观逐步形成的关键时期,如何进行积极有效而又稳妥的青春期健康教育使青少年健康成长是每一位家长和教师的共同愿望，也是全社会的共同责任。
青春期健康教育在我区积极稳妥的开展，取得了初步效果。
下面我就青春健康教育谈一点粗浅的体会。
一、开展青春健康教育的重大意义 1、青春期健康教育是促进和保护青少年健康成长的需要。
在我国，随着社会经济的全面发展和人民生活水平的提高及青少年性生理成熟年龄提前而结婚年龄推迟，从而导致婚前性成熟期延长，加之受到各种性文化传播媒介的冲击，家庭结构的变化，社会利益主体的多元化及其社会经济地位差别的扩大，导致传统道德说教的作用已显著削弱。
如果青少年对性与生殖健康知识和服务的需求不能从正规的渠道得到满足，就会受到不科学的、不健康的信息误导，直接影响到每个青少年身心健康，影响着家庭的关系的和谐，甚至影响到社会伦理秩序的稳定。
2、青春期健康教育是加强社会主义精神文明建设，保证国家和民族兴旺发达的需要。
青少年是社会经济可持续发展的关键，是国家、民族未来的希望，是二十一世纪的生力军。
青少年能否健康成长关系着我国未来社会主义建设事业的蓬勃发展。
性与生殖健康是青少年健康成长和发展的重要组成部分，但由于传统观念束缚，无论在学校还是在家庭，公开、坦诚的向孩子传授性知识，仍存在诸多障碍，使青少年在接受系统、科学的性知识教育方面存在着许多不足之处，各种黄色不健康的信息乘虚而入。
几年来，由性引发的社会问题呈现日益增多的趋势，并危及青少年及其家庭，因此我们要肩负起这一艰巨任务，切实搞好青春期健康教育，让我们的青少年在宽松的氛围中掌握正确的性知识，树立正确的人生观和性爱观，顺利地渡过青春期，并为以后的健康生活做好充分的准备。
3、青春期健康教育是社会先进文化的具体体现。
青少年健康是国际社会的热点问题之一，也是我国人口与计划生育工作坚持“以人为本、以人的全面发展”为中心的重要内容，是“三个代表”重要思想的集中体现，它本身符合先进文化前进的方向。
多年来，由于受旧的传统观念影响，不少家长对性的认识存在一些性观念误区，造成社会和家庭性教育的错位，因此开展性与生殖健康教育就是用先进文化战胜传统性文化，这是具有划时代的质的进步，是具有代表性的先进文化思想的体现。
二、青春期健康教育中存在的问题 1、观念和认识不够到位。
主要表现在：一是观念上的陈旧，谈“性”色变的局面没有彻底改变，意识不到青春期健康教育的紧迫性和现实性，甚至担心性教育会带来消极的影响。
二是认识上的偏差。
错误地认为开展青春期性教育会让学生过早地接触性知识、生育知识而产生误导，没有认识到青少年的求知欲。
2、部门之间配合不到位。
开展青春期健康教育作为社会先进文化的一项实践活动，是综合性社会系统工程，政府重视、部门协同至关重要。
但在实际工作中还没有真正形成全社会齐抓共管、综合治理的格局。
3、制度不够落实。
主要体现在：教材、教法（包括同伴教育）、师资队伍没有形成规范化、制度化、系统化的标准，往往是各讲一套，既有非常脱离实际的空洞说教，也有过于具体和易引起副作用的不恰当内容，致使在教育过程中主动与积极参与的少，被动应付持消极态度的多，很难达到预期的效果和目的。
三、要加强青春健康教育的对策 1、提高认识,转变观念。
首先必须彻底摒弃传统的婚育观念，营造社会舆论和环境，引起社会关注及家长的配合。
其次，必须加大宣传力度，借助各种宣传教育工具和形式，开展强大的精神攻势，调集精兵强将，加大投入。
通过对青少年性生理、性心理、性行为、性道德的调查分析，有针对性地开展宣传教育。
宣传教育要细致，入脑入耳，中心突出，持之以恒，使之从封建意识束缚中解脱出来。
同时，各级领导、教师、家长要真正提高思想认识，转变观念，增强责任感、义务感和紧迫感，形成共识，使全社会都充分重视青春健康教育这项重要而复杂的系统工程，形成一个良好的教育氛围环境。
2、协调联动，形成合力。
开展青春期健康教育是综合性的社会系统工程，要做好此项工作，单靠计生部门自身力量是不够的，必须有社会各界的广泛配合，做到优势互补、资源共享才能达到预期目的。
计生、教育、妇联、共青团等有关部门要按照职责分工，各司其职，密切配合，想方设法解决青春期健康教育工作中存在的实际问题。
各级各部门都应从转变观念入手，用“大人口”观念来组织和推进青春健康教育工作，充分认识青春期健康教育工作是社会主义精神文明建设和公民道德规范建设的一个载体，使之逐步形成政府牵头、部门协同、齐抓共管、综合治理的格局，确保青春期健康教育工作广泛、深入、有效、健康地开展。
3、强化学校教育，以点带面，促进青春健康教育的全面发展。
学校教育是青少年获得性生理、性心理和生殖健康知识的基础。
学校领导要高度重视明确责任目标，采取切实措施，将青春期健康教育抓紧抓好。
一是要认真搞好调查和宣传。
深入了解和掌握青少年性生理、性心理与生殖健康方面的思想状况、知识水平、态度、行为以及相关的社会、经济、文化等影响因素，有针对性的进行宣传教育。
例如我们采用的是在十二中学对初中三个年级近二千名同学进行了有关“青春期”的知识的问卷调查，充分了解了他们的内心世界，获得了第一手宝贵材料，为我们的成功宣传作了铺垫，效果甚佳。
二是要抓好师资培训。
青春期健康教育的核心内容是向青少年提供性与生殖健康内容、信息和服务，而教师又是直接面对青少年进行生活技能培训的工作人员，为此要对教师进行高水准的培训。
例如七月中旬，我区聘请了唐山教育学院性心理、性生理的副教授董惠娟以及华北煤炭医学院几名生理健康专家对全区中小学校主抓计划生育的人员和主讲生理卫生课的教师进行了分期分批培训，使主讲人员的思想观念、知识水平以及组织能力、语言表达能力有了进一步提高，在对学生的施教过程中取得了良好的效果。
我们还从培训深度、培训技巧、培训时间、效果评价等方面进行了实践与探索，也收到了可喜的效果。
三是要采取分类教学的方法。
青春期健康教育的内容不单是传授生理知识还包括性心理、性道德、性法律知识及性病防治等，涉及的内容广泛。
为此要采取分类施教的方法对学生进行教育，即有关性生理类由生物教师授课；有关性心理、性道德类由心理教师任教，这样既能发挥任课教师的专业特长，又能使教学内容的科学性和针对性得到充分保证。
四是要对青少年进行技能培训。
学校在开展互动式授课的基础上，还要采取开展办展览、座谈会、心理咨询、举办讲座、主题班会等丰富多彩的活动。
我区开办了青苹果“悄悄话室”，设立了“热线电话”。
七月三十日我区在唐山第十二中学组织开展了主题为“青春健康、光明未来”的青春健康教育图片展览，展览的内容从生命的起源、青春期的变化、珍惜健康等几个方面对青少年进行了生动细致的宣传教育，使他们学到了书本上、课堂上难以学到的知识，懂得了自尊、自重、自爱，及时解除了目前部分青少年存在内心的一些问题，使他们对生殖、生理、青春健康和早恋、早婚、早育有了更明确的认识，从而减少了不正当性行为的发生，受到了广大青少年以及家庭的热烈欢迎。
例如十二中学初二年级的一名男生通过“热线电话”向我们讲述了“青春健康教育”给他带来的帮助。
帮助他解除了“遗精”的恐惧和烦恼，使得已下降的学习成绩有了稳步提高。
4、青春期健康教育要坚持“适时、适当、适度”原则。
在整个青春期阶段，不同年龄的孩子所需要的知识，帮助和心理指导是不同的。
适时、适量、适度地对青少年进行青春期教育，正确加以引导，既是促进和保护青少年健康成长的需要，也是加强社会主义精神文明建设，保护国家和民族兴旺发达的需要。
“适时”是指要在适当的时间对孩子进行教育，在孩子需要帮助的时候，能够给予及时的帮助。
根据我国目前的实际情况，女孩一般在小学的五六年级开始步入青春期，男孩一般略晚一两年，所以青春期教育从小学高年级开始，比较适宜。
“适量”是指青春期教育的内容需要从量的方面进行把握，内容过少难以起到教育的作用，而内容过多也会适得其反。
“适度”是指要正确把握青春期教育的分寸尺度，对于十几岁的孩子来说，正是长知识长身体的阶段，对于世界充满好奇。
又时时困惑渴望得到引导，得到帮助。
但是教育和教唆只有一步之差，把握好适度的原则十分必要。
总之青春期教育需要把握好适时、适量、适度的原则，根据不同年龄的孩子，不同的心理、生理特点和需要，进行有针对性的帮助和引导，以防过早、过晚、过少、过多和不宜。
5、要根据我国的国情开展青春期健康教育。
我国是几千年传统文化的国家，而西方文化与我国是有许多不同的，虽然在当今信息传递迅速、东西方文化交融、新旧价值观念碰撞的历史时期，广大的青少年在生理和心理的成长变化过程中，不仅存在着缺乏必要的健康知识而造成的负面影响，而且还受到日益增长的性传播疾病、艾滋病他非意愿妊娠的威胁，但是开展青春期健康教育也一定不要忘记我国的传统文化和国情。
对于青春期健康教育闭口不谈，完全封闭，是不对的，但是宣传放开而不加以引导，以为越开放越自由越好，也是不对的。
西方国家开展青春期教育比我国要早得多，也曾认为性自由是一种进步，但是经过若干年的跋涉，在经历了性乱带来的惩罚后，尤其二十世纪八十年代出现艾滋病的沉重打击后，他们也在反思，也在重新探讨究竟应当如何进行性教育。
西方国家的教训值得我们警醒，失败的道路我们不能重走，况且东西方的文化基础在原本就有巨大的差异，我国有关调查表明，在高中及大学生中怀孕的发生率仅仅是2%，而西方国家的数字是70%，我们一定要面对我这的实际情况而不要盲目效仿西方，应当让优秀的东方文化发扬光大，积极稳妥地开展性教育，使孩子们身心健康成长。
有一句名言说：“看一个国家孩子手中们的书，就可以知道这个国家的未来。
”关心青少年的健康成长，提高人口素质是我们开展青春期健康教育的长期目标，我们要充分认识对青少年进行性与生殖教育的紧迫性和重要性，扎扎实实把这项工作做好。

就是把身体锻炼好，品性修养好，学术研究好，同时为了争取美满的姻缘，更需要在情场上大大的奋斗一场。
壮年时期，是人生奋斗最激烈，最精采的时期，能否博得人的喝采，表现的出色，全看你的如何努力而定。
当你跨入社会之初，你看见的外表是壮丽的，是灿烂的，你将感到充满诱惑，反之到处布置着陷阱，步步荆棘，处处障碍。
你想做一个正人，或红人，名人，伟人。
须拿出你全副的精神，与社会奋斗，为事业奋斗打出一条血路来。
等到夺取据点，脚跟站稳，然后运用你的地位，权力，经济，手腕各种力量。
发展你的抱负，发挥你的才能，日积月累，由小而大，而须时时保持继续不断的，精益求精，实是求是的加以改良，充实，扩展以底于成。
那么人生奋斗有了期吗?没有。
我们生活一天，就得奋斗一天。
生活一分钟，一秒钟，就得要奋斗一分钟一秒钟，所以说人生就是奋斗。
