La différence entre la vie en Chine et la vie en France在法生活和在中国生活的不同之处Avant de passer au « revers de la monnaie », comment peux-je oublier le fait que la France est un pays où tous les aspects de vie sont bien encadrés par les lois et les gens honorent en général leur parole. Un tout petit exemple pour illustrer la régulation de la vie en France par les lois : quand on traverse la rue sur le passage piéton, on peut être sûre que les conducteurs te laisseront passer avant eux, tout simplement parce que les lois françaises donnent le privilège aux piétons, alors qu’en Chine, chaque fois que l’on traverse la rue, un bras de fer s’est engagé entre les piétons et les conducteurs. 在说不好的一面前，怎能忘了说法国是个法制国家，人们也大都很有诚信观念。
说它是个法制国家，可以举个很小的例子：在法国过马路，开车的绝对给你让路。
原因很简单：因为法律有行人优先的规定。
而在中国，过次马路，那简直就是行人和司机在那儿角力啊
Un autre exemple, la loi dit que les propriétaires ne peuvent pas augmenter le loyer à leur gré : l’augmentation du loyer ne peut pas dépasser un index de l’INSEE. Les locataires sont mieux protégés. En comparaison, il y a aucune loi chinoise en la matière ; les propriétaires peuvent augmenter le loyer ou retirer l’appartement quand ils veulent ; le marché est presque dominé par des agences immobilières obsédées par l’appât du gain. Ainsi, beaucoup de locataires, surtout les jeunes, doivent changer souvent de logement. Un exemple un peu extrême : ma sœur a dû changer de logement cinq fois en l’espace de deux ans ! Voilà sans doute pourquoi les Chinois veulent absolument s’acheter un appartement, même si cela leur fait porter un lourd fardeau financier (les Français ne considèrent pas comme l’obligation d’acheter un appartement avant de se marier). 再举一个例子：法国法律规定房东不能随意涨房租，涨幅不能超过每年公布的一个指数。
租房的人得到更好的保护。
而中国没有这样的法律条列，房东们想涨房租就涨，想收房就收房，租房市场上几乎被只要赚钱其它什么都不管的中介垄断了。
因此，很多租房的人，尤其是年轻人，不得不经常换房。
一个有点极端的例子：我姐姐两年时间内换了五次房
可能正是因为如此，国人觉得买房是必须的，即使是买房会带来沉重的经济负担也没办法（法国人并不觉得结婚前一定要买好房）。

Revers de monnaie… 不好的一面 Justement en raison de tous ces avantages, les gens de différents pays sont nombreux à faire tout ce qu’ils peuvent pour vivre en France ou dans d’autres pays développés. Il serait en effet agréable de vivre en France, mais à condition que l’on trouve un bon travail et que l’on ait le soutien des parents. Et ce n’est pas toujours évident. 正是因为法国有这些好处，无怪乎好多国家的人挤破了头也想去法国或其它发达国家生活。
的确，在法国可以生活得很惬意。
但有两个前提条件，一是要找到份好工作，二是要获得父母的支持，而这并不容易做到。
Emploi 工作 La France est connue aussi pour son taux de chômage élevé : il a atteint l’année dernière 8.5%, c’est-à-dire qu’en moyenne, un résident en France sur douze est chômeur. Et ce n’est que la moyenne. Bien sûr, par rapport aux Français, les étrangers ont beaucoup plus de mal à trouver un travail, sans parler d’un bon travail. 法国的高失业率也是世界上有名的。

而这还只是平均数。
外国人要想找个工作当然比法国本土人难多了，且不说找份好工作。
Je cite un exemple parmi des milliers : une taïwanaise que je connais n’arrive toujours pas à trouver de travail. Elle gagne sa vie en donnant des cours de chinois ou en faisant le baby-sitting. Pour rester en France, elle fait un Master après un autre. Les cursus qu’elle fait ne sont pas du tout enrichissant. Elle les fait dans le seul but d’obtenir la carte de séjour. Elle a déjà presque trente ans. Mais elle n’envisage pas de rentrer à Taiwan. 举个例子吧，这只是千千万万外国人情况中的一例：我认识的一个台湾女孩，一直找不到工作，靠教教中文课、照顾照顾小孩赚些钱。
为了留在法国，她读了一个硕士又是一个硕士。

她已经快三十岁了，但没有回台湾的打算。
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi elle ne rentre pas à Taiwan. Elle a au moins ses parents et ses amis. Elle éprouverait certes beaucoup de pression, d’incompréhension et de mépris, mais au moins, elle est encore jeune, elle pourrait encore changer sa vie, faire des choses qui lui plaisent et mener une meilleure vie. Si tu étais elle, que ferais-tu? 我无法理解她为什么不回台湾。
在那里她起码还有自己的父母和朋友。
虽然回去肯定要承受很大的压力、别人的不理解甚至鄙视，但是起码她还不老，还可以改变自己的生活，做一些自己喜欢做的事情，生活得更幸福一些。
