第一个故事，讲的是一个公司招聘总经理助理，应聘人员过五关斩六将，最后面试只剩下20人。
面试那天，人家按时来到考场，可左等右等不见主考官的影子。
10分钟过去了 ，有的人开始坐立不安；20分钟过去了，一部分人站起来在室内走来走去；半个小时过去了，决大多数人都离开座位，有的甚至翻看桌上的资料。
整个过程中只有一个小伙子始终没有动。
这是主考官近来了，大家迅速回到座位安静下来。
大家坐好后，主考官宣布，面试已结束，那个没离开座位的小伙子被录用。
第二个故事，讲的是一则报道。
报道说，在新加坡，公共场所的各种标语大多是用英语书写的。
但奇怪的是，其中一些文明礼貌的标语，如“不准随地吐谈”、“禁止吸烟”、“不准进入草坪”等却是用中文书写的。
为什么呢
因为有这些不文明行为的人，大多数是中国大陆的游客。
同学们，听了这两个故事大家有什么感想
我们可以看到，文明对一个国家、一个民族、一个人是多么的重要。
我们还可以看到，文明其实是离我们很近很近，它就在我们的日常生活中，它就在我们一言一行之中，我们更可以看到，文明是一种品德、一种修养、一中境界。
文明来源于真诚的爱心。

小伙子非常刻苦，进步很快，但他养成了一个习惯，就是每次练习过程中，当别人叫他有事时，他都是随手把刀插在练习用的西瓜上。
久而久之养成了习惯。
有一天，师傅看他技术练习的差不多，就让他给客人剃头。
突然，他听到外面有人叫救火，他就匆忙地向门外冲去，只听到客人一声惨叫。
原来，他出去救火时，随手习惯性地把刀插向西瓜---客人的脑袋。
同学们，由此可见坏习惯是多么可怕。
我们一定要自觉养成良好的习惯，比如垃圾入箱，随手关水龙头，做完作业把课桌收拾干净，来客主动起立，公交车上主动给老人让座，不在公共设施上乱写乱画，等等。
我们从小养成了这些良好的习惯，就架起了走向成功的阶梯，插上了飞向辉煌的翅膀，获取了打开胜利之门的钥匙。
文明表现为崇高的形象。
形象是一个人的品牌。
大家知道，中国人民解放军不仅是一支胜利之师，也是一支威武之师、文明之师。
