我的教育故事演讲稿 演讲之前,我不知为何莫名的紧张,...吸气...吐气...但是我一站起来,所有的紧张突然没了,我仿佛又找到大学的时候在万人汇报厅演讲的感觉舞台是我的但不知道为什么,也许习惯了,一开场,就溜了出来,于是干脆即兴发挥,随意说了一段英文引题...此时的我已完全放松...因为我可以在带给大家笑声的同时能带给大家思考...(以下是我的中文演讲稿)当我踏上讲台这方略显狭小实则广阔的“方寸之地”时，当我能从教师的视角与那一天真无邪的眼睛交汇时，我是那样欣喜又坚定地告诉自己：我见到了天底下最美丽的星星
我信誓旦旦地下决心：我要——不，我一定会尽自己的全力把他们雕琢成世界上最美丽的钻石。
可是，我的梦刚起了个头就遇到了让我束手无策的障碍——朱成玮。
Wendy是班级中一个十分“活泼”的孩子。
圆圆的脑袋转动灵活得像个波浪鼓，只是每次转动的时候总是忘了朝黑板所在的前方停留片刻；大大的眼睛总是在你准备批评他时眨巴出单纯无辜的神情；嘴巴的两大功能——“吃”、“说”，在他身上得到了淋漓尽致的发挥，唯一可惜的是，不高的身材让他的一举一动尽在我的眼底。
一提起Wendy，我就能如数家珍般倒出一箩筐的缺点。
直到那天…… 那天，我和往常一样准备开始新一堂的课教学。
Wendy是在班长一声“Stand up!”后从桌子底下探出脑袋，拔出身子来的。
我压下了欲喷涌而出的火气，因为我清楚此时我的任务是把这节课的教学任务完成好。
本节课我教学的主题是My classroom，要求教会学生几样教室里特有的事物的名称。
当教到“picture”一词时，我用学生已经学过的颜色、动物等单词对“picture”进行描述，请学生们在我的描述中猜测“picture”这个单词的中文意思。
我不断地重复着“picture”的发音并环视教室，希望能在一张张正苦思冥想的脸上找到我想要的答案。
可我等到的第一只举起的手却是Wendy。
在我无计可施的时候，忽然间我想到Wendy一直是班级中一个被大家打上了标签的孩子，如果这次他能够解答问题，或许能让大家（也包括我）对他改观，他也能重新燃起学习的热情。
对，这也许就是一个很好的教育契机。
“好，让我们来听听Wendy的想法吧
”可之后发生的事就是我始料未及的了。
“‘picture’就是被老师吃掉了
”说完了他还一脸期待地看着我，等待着我的表扬。
一瞬间，我的愤怒战胜了我的理智——被老师吃掉了，这简直就是对我的挑衅，我再也没有办法容忍了。
“你说什么
你知不知道现在是在上课
上课不注意听讲，还胡说八道，下课以后跟我到办公室去，现在你给我闭嘴，不许再说一句话
”我怒不可遏地发泄了一通。
下课铃一响，Wendy像个小尾巴似的跟着我走进了办公室。
我不想再多说什么了，而他依旧是那一副无辜的表情看着我。
我们就这么僵持了好一会儿，我的情绪开始平静下来。
说真的，我还真想他这么说到底是出于什么目的。
之后我听到的那句才几十字的话对我心灵撞击的力度直到现在也还是沉重的。
“是peach,老师是teacher，老师把桃子吃掉就是picture。
”我想我明白Wendy的意思了：老师和桃子的发音各取一半拼在一起就是picture的发音了。
这是非常巧妙的记单词发音的方法，这一点是我所没有想到的，也正是我的“没想到”而误会了Wendy。
尽管他回答的不是picture的中文意思，在是否仔细听课上有待商榷，但他不是挑衅这一点是肯定的。
那时的我真是无地自容，我为我的无知而惭愧，为我的冲动而惭愧，更我自己作为教师的失德而惭愧。
我翻然醒悟后立马向Wendy道歉，并且在全班学生面前承认了自己的错误，肯定了他的联想记单词法，并鼓励他上课要专心听讲，积极动脑。
Wendy依旧是那抹单纯的神情，只是这次我真的觉得“纯”了。
在他的眼神里，我仿佛能看到钻石的光芒。
这件事对我的触动很大，教师职业的特殊性让我非常习惯一厢情愿地把学生进行分门别类，总希望我教的学生都是优等生，而不是细细地去发现每个学生身上的闪光点与不足并加以引导。
“真正的水晶在放大镜下是可以看到杂质的。
如果有人跟你说他的水晶纯到了玻璃一样，那它就是玻璃了”。
我开始意识到自己对学生的要求太高了，总希望学生一个个本来就是钻石，自己只需要做一个剥去包在钻石外面的膜的人。
爱孩子就爱孩子的一切，我觉得我应该让自己比较全面地去看待我的学生了：其实学生本来就是一颗颗的钻石，只是有了一些小小的杂质，我的责任是如何让这些小钻石更好地映射出太阳的光芒。
让我们用包容的心去爱孩子的一切吧
