考试怎么能及格呢
其实,我考试不及格实在不能怪我啊,而是因为一年只有365天。
详析如下:1.星期天—一一年里面有104天的星期天,扣除这些天数,一年只剩下261天。
2.暑 假——在一年内,大约有50天的天气非常热,而导致无法念书,因此,那261天也只剩下211天。
3.另外,包括元旦,国庆,五一,寒假节目,又占了50天,那211天也只剩下161天。
4.就剩下的161天,每天还有8小时的睡眠时间,算起来又占去74天,一年就只剩下87天。
5.考试及测验至少占了一年的50天,算起来那87天也就只剩下37天。
6.一年当中看电影或参加一些有关活动,怎么也要20天 ,算起来那37天也就剩下了17天。
7.这剩下的17天,每天大约1小时的游戏时间,2小时的沟通时间.半小时的购物时间,半小时的 方便时间,半小时的个人卫生时间,半小时的零食时间……约占去4天,算起来一年就只剩下6天。
8.预计一年生病7天,算起来一年就只剩下6天。
9.预计一年被老师及家长罚掉5天时间,比如罚站,罚写检查,罚打扫卫生等等。
算起来一年就只剩下了1天。
10.就剩下的1天,正好是我们自己的生日。
试问,这一年当中根本就没有时间可以念书,学生考试又怎么能及格呢

过了几天大象法突然死了,大家跑去看它。
发现她旁边有只母蚂蚁。

I believe in our future Honorable Judges, fellow students: Good afternoon Recently, ther is a heated debate in our society. The college students are the bene ficiaries of a rare privilege, who receive exceptional education at extraordinary places. But will we be able to face the challenge and support ourselves against all odds? Will we b e able to better the lives of others? Will we be able to accept the responsibility of buildi ng the future of our country? The cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, which would cringe at the slightest discomfort. But the cynics are wrong. The college students I see a re eagerly learning about how to live independently. We help each other clean the dormit ory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money. The cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need fo r character cultivation. But again, the cynics are wrong. We care deeply for each other, w e cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. Last week, thousands of my fel low students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer. As college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our futu re, or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Though we a re still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. I believe that we have the courage an d faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. We are preparing to assum e new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. I believe in our future. 《史上最难就业季》各位同学大家好,我今天关注的话题是大学生就业难的问题。
正值一年毕业季,相信大家都充分感受到了我们身边的学长学姐们为毕业而忙碌的身影,忙着照毕业照,忙着论文答辩,忙着投递简历,忙着为自己找一份合适的工作。

可以说正值毕业他们,已经忙得焦头烂额因为他们面临的将是史上最难就业季。
据人力资源和社会保障部数据,今年全国将有699万名普通高校毕业生,比去年增加19万人,这也是建国以来大学毕业生最多的一年。
而从就业工作的重点指标应届毕业生的签约率来看,与去年同比分别呈现下降趋势。
那么,当前大学生就业难的原因在哪里,我们又应该怎样应对解决呢
愿因主要由以下几点:第一,显而易见,经济增速放缓,就业需求不足,很多企业都减少了一些招聘的岗位,无论是国有企业也好,还是我们的中小企业也好,都面临着这样一个问题。
第二方面是大学毕业生的就业期望值还是比较高,尤其对就业单位、工作强度、薪酬待遇这些要求都比较高。
比如大学毕业生比较向往政府部门、外企、国企,但是这些单位的总体上用人量还是有限的,大量中小企业是毕业生最大的需求方,目前中小微企业就业已经占到城镇就业的80%以上。
所以,成为我们现在吸纳就业的主体。
恰恰他需要人才,我们大学生不愿意去。
第三个方面,高校人才培养和社会的需求现在有些错位,这实际上是一个根本原因。
就业难度的根本原因。
一方面专业结构不能有效地回应市场需求。
比如,据一些机构的调查,以2012届为例,本科失业率最多的前十个专业人数占到失业总人数32.8%,包括英语、法学、计算机和计算机科学和技术、会计学、国际经济与贸易、工商管理等六个专业,连续三年在本科失业人数当中都是最多的,前十个专业当中。
还有一些教育成本比较低的专业,各种各样的高校都在招生,比如说医学院、农学院都在搞中文专业,很多工学院都在普遍招会计专业,就出现这方面的招生比较多,就业比较难。
反过来,我们看现在高职、高专毕业生比本科毕业生的就业率就比较高。
所以,它很重要的一个原因,它的专业设置和市场需求的切合度比较高,所以看谁和市场切合度的高,它的就业率就好一些。
另一方面,我们毕业生的素质能力现在也有不适应市场的需要。
比如说现在也有一些机构性矛盾,大家需要有经验、有技术,动手能力比较强的,这恰恰是我们的短板,我们有些大学生的动手能力比较差,专业知识、综合素质也有待于提高。
第四方面,还是社会上存在一些就业歧视。
比如说现在除了性别歧视、户籍歧视之外,还有第一学历的歧视,很多单位要人的时候都提出来本科不是211和985的院校就不招,这些大家都有很多反映,实际也是事实存在。
第五方面,传统的就业管理和服务模式,对就业还是有一定的制约因素。
比如说就业的市场机制还不完善,我们的户口、档案、工龄认定这些方面的一些规定多年还没有改革。
所以,还造成一些手续繁杂,还有比较强的一些计划色彩,比如在现行的就业服务体系当中,求职需求短期集中和信息服务不足的这样一个矛盾。
就业辅导需求量大,而且比较强烈,和师资严重不足的矛盾,等等这些都比较突出。
最后,就业促进政策,国务院和有关部委都出台了,是否都到位了,是否一直到基层都落实到位了,这也影响到我们这个政策的效应。
面对这些现状我们大学生想要及时解决就业问题就要做到以下几点:1.改变就业观,不要把自己看得太高,甚至认为自己是天之骄子。
就业希望不要放得太高,如果不能到大城市、到国企、到外企、到机关、到事业单位工作,可以到基层去,金子在哪里都是可以发光的。
2.要愿意吃苦,我们过去说一不怕苦,二不怕死,现在许多大学生是怕脏、怕累。
特别是我们独生子女比较多,从小家长都比较娇惯。
但我们择业时不要“近视眼”,要从发展空间看未来趋势。
我们每个人都有这样一条路,都是抱着一种梦想,但又脚踏实地,经过千锤百炼,但是他有梦想、有理想,朝着自己的理想一步一步往下走。
另外我们的政策要鼓励,要给大学生一个发展的平台,大家要关心,社会要关心,不仅是政府,包企业,也包括社会,各级组织,人人都应该关心大学生的成长,不断地给我们一个发展平台。
今年正好国务院办公厅刚刚出台了一个政策,关于做好2013年全国普通高校毕业生工作就业的通知,又进一步强调了这个问题,鼓励大学生自主创业,要求我们各地、各部门都能够完善创业政策,加强创业教育、创业培训和创业服务,特别鼓励毕业生创办国家和地方优先发展的科技型、资源综合利用型、智力密集型企业,支持网络创业带动就业,这些鼓励我们的学生在这方面,只要鼓励这方面都有很多优惠政策。
具体来说有这么几项政策:第一,把创业教育课程的课要纳入到学分管理当中去,鼓励在校生来参与创业教育和创业的实践活动,这就是学分,你必须要教这门课,必须参与创业活动,这也是一个。
第二,降低大学生创业准入的条件,现在门槛太高,所以降低注册门槛,而且要简化手续。
创业地区应该按规定给予小额担保的贷款、贴息、税费的减免等政策的扶持。
第三,鼓励有条件的地方和高校推进大学生的创业孵化器的基地建设,高校、地方应该有一些创业孵化器,提供项目开发,开业的指导,融资、跟踪服务这些创业服务,我想只要能落实,只要各地方能落实,国务院要求我们各地在支持创业方面是有很多政策的。
