One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. Therefore, governments are playing the most important role in the environmental protection today.In my opinion, to protect environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, it should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through education. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the population planning policy into practice, because more people means more people means more pollution. 最后，要严惩那些故意破坏环境者。

二分钟演讲稿（一）尊敬的各位领导、老师、亲爱的同学们：晚上好
我很荣幸能参加这次学生会的竞选，我竞选的职务是“团委副书记”。
我叫洪汉斌，大家可不要误听为“黄海冰”哦
他是位影星，我是高一（5）班一名学生。
为避免误会，现在我重说一遍，大家一定要记清楚了，我叫洪汉斌，“洪水”的“洪”，“汉族”的“汉”，“文武双全”的“斌”，也就是今天的9号。
进一中以来，我在班上先后担任组织委员、团支书、体育委员。
并且一直在校团委会组织部工作。
组织部是一个处理团委会，学生日常事物的部门，在组织部的工作，使我对团委会、学生会有一个较全面的认识，也使自己的工作能力有了较大的提高。
在这大半年的工作中，也曾遇到过许多挫折，也曾失落过、消极过。
但那都已成为过去，这些经历反而成为我以后工作的宝贵经验。
它使我明白行动前的决策是多么的重要，否则就会事倍功半。
我在组织部没有一官半职，但我积极工作，因此我的工作态度和工作能力曾多次得到师生的好评。
这些经历使我有坚定的信心和足够的能力参加这次竞选。
如若承蒙各位的信任和支持，我有幸当选为团委副书记，我将感激万分，并将此化为不尽的动力，在工作中尽职尽责，大胆务实，勇于创新，决不会盲目从事，要有计划的工作。

这也是各位领导、各位老师、各位同学,大家晚上好! 很高兴今天我能站在这里,代表新闻与传播学院参加这次演讲比赛，和各位高手过招，共同交流一个古老而又崭新的有关荣辱观念的时代话题。
今天，我演讲的题目是“我的地盘，我的责任”。
初听到这个题目，可能在座的很多朋友会问：“诶,这不是年轻人非常熟悉的广告词吗
怎么被你用在这儿了
”没错，这的确是广告词，但是请注意：我这个题目的前半部分是广告词，后半部分则是我自己的发明创造
我只是想用最简单的八个字告诉现场的各位：在荣辱兴衰面前“匹夫有责”=“人人无责”，而在今天，在这个时代，你要大声地告诉这个世界：在我的地盘，就是我的责任，我,绝不推脱
的确，当现代社会的高速发展使我们越来越迷恋于物质，而忘记了什么是真正的荣辱观念的时候；当机器猫、变形金刚、铁臂阿童木快要成为我们童年的全部记忆，而我们自己却几乎要忘记自己作为一个中国人应该有的中国式童年的时候。
一切的一切都在我们心中划着一个巨大的问号：你的责任哪儿去了
就在一个月前,3月4号,也就是全国学雷峰日的前一天，胡锦涛总书记提出了“八个为荣，八个为耻”的学习号召。
我想，这个学习号召应该可以回答前面那个巨大的问号了：责任，就在我们每个人的身上
我记得一位哲人曾经说过这样一段话,他说:在这个世界上只有两种东西最能震撼人们的心灵，一是我们内心崇高的道德；二便是我们头顶上灿烂的星空。
难道不是吗
当我们夜深人静的时候去抬头仰望那浩瀚的星空，相信每个人都会感到震撼，震撼于大自然的伟大，以及我们自身的渺小。
但，这并不意味着我们可以拒绝责任，选择逃避；也不是让我们在危难来临的时候,当天可能快要塌下来的时候,说：唉,就我这个儿才一米七,还有一米八,一米九的顶着呢!我着急什么呀
而是要我们这些80年代的新一辈勇敢地站在阳光下，去挑起属于你的那份责任。
为了这个国家,和你内心深处不朽的高尚
听到这里，又有人会说了，你讲了这么半天，都是些什么“高尚”呀，“责任”呀，是不是离我们的校园生活有些太远了呢
今天，我站在这里，也许并没有讲很多深刻的道理，我只是试图从一个现代大学生的视角去重拾“责任”的背囊，去品评这个我熟悉而又有些陌生的世界
因为，我始终相信：在这个世界上，没有什么东西可以轻易把人打动，除了，责任的力量 朋友，勇敢地扛起你肩头那面写着“责任”二字的大旗吧
也许它曾经一直躺在你的脚下，我相信：你只是一时将它忘记。
现在，当你拍拍上面的灰尘，将它重新拾起的时候，你就不再孤单
因为，我们都会为你加油，因为，这是属于我们每个人的光荣
