关于翻译的名句

译事：翻译工作。
信：准确，指忠实于原文。
达：通顺，措文字通顺、薏息表达得充分详尽。
雅：精美，指富于文采。
本句大意是：从事翻译工作有三难：准确，通顺、精美。
不同的语种之间，不仅语序、句法各有不同，而且不一定有一一对应的文字、诃汇。
同时，即使同一语种，古代语言与当代语言也往往存在上述问题．因此，将外文译成本国文字，或将古文译成现代文，既要做到忠实于原文，又要文字通顺，意思详尽，还要语言精美，富于文采，诚非易事。
这里严复不仅强调了翻译工作的困难，还道出了自己翻译外文的甘苦，也提出了翻译工作应有的要求。

2004年，《上海文学》刊登了莫言的短篇小说《小说九段》，我看完后，立刻就翻译成瑞典文，还开始尝试自己写微型小说，从这篇文章开始，我就觉得莫言对文字的掌握能力非常好。
他的《船》还让我想起沈从文30年代写的短篇，非常像。

我希望西方人，尤其是瑞典人能够欣赏中国文学。

不仅是佛教方面这类人多，所有的宗教，都有些信徒并不追求教理，只是盲目的信仰，变成宗教心理病。
佛法里一句话，就是太著相。
所以金刚经翻译成「能断金刚般若波罗密多」，就是说是智慧的成就，不著相，不能以身相见如来就是这个意思。
