流程的话，应该是这样1、组建活动筹委会（这个是你做事的前提，没人你怎么弄啊）2、确定比赛方式和评审标准（包括奖项设定）（这个要做在前头才能公正）3、组建评审委员会邀请评委4、拟写通知文件并报各部门支持配合5、宣传和告知（几种形式：校刊的、校内POP广告、语文老师口头传播）6、征稿和稿件整理7、评审和确定获奖名单8、名师点评获奖作品9、刊发获奖作品集10、颁奖典礼及获奖作品集发布（这个就算这件事做完了）剩下的，要不要扩大，要不要再做，那得另起线头了。
