1.学一年级入学，也就是开始义务教育，学校就开始注册学生的学2.学籍将随着这的读书走，在哪里读书，学籍转到哪里，从小学到大学，学籍都不变，也就是一生一学籍。
3.注册学籍，学校会通知你带什么证件，如户口本等。
4.转学籍，只要是正规途径录取，学校的学籍管理员，会网上操作转学异动的。
