《中国老师在英国》观后感
《中国老师在》观后天我花了三个小时的时间看完了《中国老师在英国》这录片，我觉得应该叫纪录片，因为他纪录了五名中国教师到英国开展中式教育的全过程，所以我把它叫为纪录片。
该部纪录片主要讲述了，五名中国教师来到英国，进行中式教育的试验，用以验证中式学校是否是最好的教育方式。
在这个试验过程中，五名中国教师遇到了许多的困难：学生们的不配合，学生们无法适应这种灌输式的教学方式，纪律意识低等一系列的问题，通过五名中国教师的坚持不懈与耐心，最后他们取得了成绩上的胜利，但是成绩上的胜利真的就是胜利了吗
我觉得这个问题，值得我们深思。
在这部纪录片中，我觉得中国教师遇到了许多的困难，其中遇到的最大的两个困难：一个是课堂纪录，一个是学生的接受能力。
首先课堂纪录，特别是表现在周老师的数学课和杨老师的科学课上，英国的学生们会在课堂上说话、唱歌，甚至有逃课的现象，中国的老师采取了在中国比较惯用的方法：罚站、换位和留堂，但是取得的效果却是差强人意的。
最后中国的老师采取了家长会和与个别学生进行耐心的交谈，在交谈的过程中特别注重对学生的鼓励，在这个措施的影响下，英国学生的课堂纪律有了明显的改显；其次是对教学内容的接受问题，科学课和数学课的幻灯片式的灌输式可能是最典型的中式教育方式，在片中，英国的学生很难适应这种学习方式，许多的学生无法接收、理解并将其变成自已的知识，片中有一个典型的例子，在上完中式数学课后
