要做到这一点，必须善于联系实际。
这“实际”可以是个人的思想、言行、经历，也可以是某种社会现象。
联系实际时也应当注意紧紧围绕基本观点，为观点服务，而不能盲目联系、前后脱节。
以上四点是写读后感的基本思路，但是这思路不是一成不变的，要善于灵活掌握。
比如，“简述原文”一般在“亮明观点”前，但二者先后次序互换也是可以的。
再者，如果在第三个步骤摆事实讲道理时所摆的事实就是社会现象或个人经历，就不必再写第四个部分了。

跪求工作感想.我是今年新分到人力资源与社会保障局工作的。
工作2个礼拜，领导让写一篇工作感想
来到xx集团人力资源部已将近一个月了。
一个月的工作学习、环境适应、思维转变……也还算是忙忙碌碌，因忙碌故而充实。
这匆匆而过的一个月确让我有了相当程度的转变，或者说是提高。
这一个月的锻炼让我更成熟了、更自信了、更能以积极上进的态度面对工作、生活中的问题了……毕业之初能来到xx集团这个平台是我的万幸。
一个月内的工作感觉繁琐、忙碌，但是总结之下要做的也不过简简单单的几件事： (一)办理员工报名、入职手续。
带新报道员工体检，交待次日或指定时间前来培训。
之后收齐身份证及其它必要证件复印件、体检报告并检查是否完整，最后发放录用通知单。
（二）搜寻紧需人才。

（三）更新、完善员工信息库。
将新录用员工信息及时输入系统。
（四）整理就业协议并完善信息盖章。
也许随着对工作的熟悉我还会接触更多更有挑战性的工作，如员工培训、活动组织、招聘会、招聘宣讲等等，但是对于当月来说，目前的工作内容已经足够我消化一阵子了。
熟能生巧，在我熟练掌握各项工作后也许会发现，今天看似有挑战性的工作也不过如此。
通过这一个月来的自我观察，我总结出自身在工作中表现出的以下几个方面的弱点： 1.相当程度上的幼稚、不成熟。
首先是处事态度和方法的不成熟，在学校里身边都是跟自己年龄、知识结构差不多的同学、朋友，交流起来不用有太多顾忌；但是工作以后要面对很多类型的人群，从普通职工到高层领导，从小弟小妹到大爷大妈，性格多种多样……乍面临这种纷繁复杂、千姿百态的人际网络既有些措手不及也有些如履薄冰。
2.不是足够自信。
这一点是我在就业之前就已经总结出来的缺点之一，往往我总是将自己置于边缘角落的位置，对中心位置的焦灼感有些心理上的畏惧，但是不可否认的是自我将这个弱点剖析出来以后至今已经有了很大的改善。
3.表达沟通能力需要提高。
虽然我不以为做人力资源要像业务员那样巧舌如簧但是也不否认，语言上的过于木讷也是一个影响工作的缺点，起码在沟通上是一种障碍。
针对以上总结的不足，接下来我将采取如下调整： 首先，多与人交流。
无论是经验不足、不够自信还是表达力差，因而在以后的工作生活中要从心理上改变对纷繁复杂的人际交往的看法，不以之为一种负赘，相反，要从多姿多彩的人际交往中体会结识各种各样性格的人的乐趣。
其次，保持下班后规律、上进的日常生活。
最后，多向领导请教。
我相信绝大部分领导尤其是年长的领导都不会厌倦年轻下属向他经常问一些问题，相反，他们肯定以能够把半生的经验教授给我们年轻人而欣慰。
以上是我一个月来的工作总结，以及一些想法，很多不成熟的地方希望领导批评指导。
总体来说，这个月是以学习和适应为主。
在以后的工作中我会不断改进，不断努力。
