关于企业给员工转岗
《劳动合同法》第41条规定：企业转产、重大技术革新或者经营方式调整，可以变更劳动合同。
因为在上述情况下，不可避免要进行结构调整。
否则，转岗是违法的。
公司不能动辄以企业转产、重大技术革新或者经营方式调整为理由，无正当理由地调整员工的工作岗位。
除此之外，正常情况下，若企业与劳动者协商一致，也属合法转岗。
企业做出转岗的决定，不但要有合理的依据，还应履行合法的程序，如签订书面的劳动合同变更协议，以及对转岗后的员工进行岗前培训等。
刚转岗到一个新单位，工作几乎要从零开始，现在各种不适应，不适应现在的工作环境、不适应现在的同事。
这个正常，看来一个内人啊，外向的话就不会有这样的问题的，长一点就会没有事记得做好自己的工作，很快就会适应的，多出去锻炼锻炼是很有效果的。
不要要轻易的辞职，工作到哪里多是一样的，你在这里干不好那么换一个就会做得好了吗
尤其是人际关系，全国都是一样的，工作上的困难都会遇到，自己尽力的了，做不到那是能力问题，只要有一个认真真的态度总会做好的，所以，辞职其实是逃避的借口，勇敢的面对自己的工作，生活才是王道。

我也是公益性的，以亲身经历告诉其实岗位并不好。
1.工资少这个岗位不是编制内的，工资，比打工还要低，很低很低。
在单位里是不被在编人员看得起的，甚至连单位自己聘的临时工都不如。
临时工都被看不起了，更何况公益性岗位。
虽然公益性岗位也算是临时工的一种，但工资是比单位自己聘的临时工工资还要低的。
打个比方说，正式入编人员月工资如果是2000，那么单位自己聘的临时工是1000，公益性岗位是500,600左右。
因为公益性岗位是财政拨款，国家就是象征性的给一点点。
2.工作时间不稳定公益性岗位是国家有文件和政策下达到单位，单位才可以招人的，一般来说，这个公益性岗位是国家为扩大就业，为一些刚毕业的大学生和一些4050的下岗人员设置的，就等于是把这些劳动力临时安放好而已。
这个岗位的任期原则上不超过3年。
也就是说，你在这个低工资的岗位上是每年签一次合同的，签满3年之后国家说撤了这个职位，你就不能继续待下去了。
你还得另谋出路。
3.公益性岗位不可能转为编内人员就算你能够在这个单位的公益性岗位做10年以上，也不能转为编内制，除非你考上公务员或参加事业单位考试考上。
因为现在单位都不实行内招了，都是参加国家安排的统一考试，考上了才能入编。
以你现在的的收入不算少的，既然打工和公益性岗位两边都不是稳定的工作，为什么要选工资低的工作（如果公益性岗位给你的工资比你打工的工资还多就另当别论）。
而且你打工还能多学点技术，以后努力还有上升空间。
在单位你一点技术都学不到。
国家和单位不给你签合同之后你出来就是个没有长处的人。
如果你实在想进单位，就边打工边看书以后考公务员或者事业编吧。
我是大学毕业生，也是公益性岗位，做过了今年就要忧愁明年还能不能签合同，国家要是文件下来说同一个人不能签超过3年的合同（毕竟国家还得考虑新生的大学毕业劳动力和新的下岗职工），就得走人了。
所以我现在就看点书，准备考公务员的。
留点后路给自己吧，不能死守住这份工作，毕竟没什么发展前途。
