我是一名来自xx中餐厅---代兴祥，现xx餐厅传菜组领班，自20xx年入职长城宾馆中餐厅传菜组工作学习近10年工作，经过这么多年的积累、成长、磨练和熏陶。
今天，能够站在这个见证的舞台上展示自己，我倍感荣幸，心情很是激动且还有些忐忑。

今天我竞聘的岗位是中餐厅厅面主管。
我清楚地认识到，要成为一名合格的主管不容易，做为厅面服务人员的一名负责人，要有很强的服务意识和奉献精神，还要有全局观念、顾全大局的团队精神和协作精神;要精通和熟悉中餐厅的店纪店规和各项业务知识以及操作流程和技能;还需要不断加强业务技能知识培训和管理技巧的学习，掌握良好的组织管理水平，建立良好的公共关系，创建和营造和谐的员工工作氛围及良好的工作环境。
我之所以要竞聘这个岗位，是因为我觉得我完全有能力胜任这项工作。
因为我认为自己具备了基层主管的有利条件：第一、我想作为中餐厅的一名基层主管，要服从上级领导的分配和调度，认真完成上级领导交代和所分配任务和计划，并努力完成职责范围的事物，合理地管理好、分配好自己所属人员的工作安排，带领、督促员工完成各项接待任务，做到“想客人所想、要急客人所急，”的服务理念，关注员工业务技能和服务水平，定期开展员工各项业务、技能培训，并向上级汇报培训情况和结果，全面评估员工工作表现和工作结果。
第二、关注长城宾馆xx餐厅发展动向和宾馆的重要决策，全面配合部门上级积极贯彻落实各项工作，有效开展各项工作的落实和推进。
第三、精致服务，顾客第一，认真分析服务中出现的疑难问题，包括菜品质量、服务质量、食品安全、卫生管理、顾客投诉等各项工作，切实抓好考标准、查质量、看服务、勤分析、抓整改的服务方针。
第四、工作中，要认真了解员工工作情况、思想动态，客观全面地分析问题，不偏袒、不袒护员工工作行为，以身作则和正直的人品、良好的职业修养以及新颖良好的工作作风，合理有效的激励餐厅员工工作，责任落实到人，做到工作遇事不推诿，工作中应保持积极奋发的敬业精神和良好的工作心态。

第六、积极配合厨师长以及各级厨师的沟通协调工作，配合厨房做好各类菜品知识培训以及食品安全管理、卫生管理等工作，保障出品质量符合卫生要求。

下面我重点强调一下下步工作重心： 第一、团队建设，首先从我个人作起，严格要求自己，扎实做好每一项细节工作，进而严格要求下属管理人员，尤其是中高层管理人员，抓纪律，抓效率，深入进行部门正规化建设，用“数字化”管理提高团队执行力，打造作风优良、纪律严明的一流团队。
第二管理创新，继续以五常管理为基础，做到所有物品有家、有主人，工具用具有使用期限，每项工作细节有标准，有责任人，有奖罚制度。
引用数字化管理，例如把全年经营指标、费用指标细化到月，再到部门，用数字进网行管理规范，杜绝笼统管理、口号管理带来的不可控因素。
又例如前厅每日客户回访量用数字进行规范，并于第二天晨会将回访纪录上交，这样可以有效戒除工作中的随意性。
第三、完善激励机制，激发员工潜能。
深入推行绩效考核制度，提高管理人员工作热情和积极性。
另一方面是基层员工的激励，各部门要充分使用好员工月考核一览表，打分要公平公正，所有奖分和扣分项目均要在班前例会网上进行案例分享，提高打分透明度。
另外加大最佳建议奖、文体参与奖的奖励力度。
第四、完善主管投诉信箱制度，吸收宝贵意见，认真处理员工所提建议，对好的意见和建议施以重奖。
为员工营造和谐温馨的良好工作氛围，在日常管理中，要求管理人员真正做到少训多教，尊重员工人格，用真情感染员工，不能仅以制度管人。
要求工会认真履行职责，关心、关注员工生活，积极解决员工工作生活中出现的困难，认真监督、落实员工餐每周食谱制度，落实好节假日福利发放，让员工真心感受到家的温暖。
