第五届科技文化艺术节之英语风赛活动心会为了提高全校师生对英语的兴趣，增强学校英语学习氛围，同时也为了丰富学生们的课余文化生活。
由山东英才学院学生会主办，外国语学院承办的“山东英才学院第五届校园科技文化艺术节之英语风采大赛”决赛于2013年11月14日中午在大学生活动中心举办。
本次比赛有来自7个学院的12位选手，他们对给定的主题“考研利弊”进行了为时3分钟的主题演讲，此外每位选手又进行了2分钟的才艺展示。
到场的评委有老师，校领导，还有外教。
比赛结束，外教给我们做了点评，对本次活动给予了充分肯定。
英语风采大赛从初赛的选拔赛，到复赛的淘汰赛，再到最后的决赛。
每一步都充满挑战，每一次我都能看见选手们的进步。
我很荣幸能担任本次活动的主要负责人之一。
我从举办这个活动的过程中收获很多，也学到了很多宝贵的东西。
首先，我熟悉了流程。
从活动开始前的活动策划，到比赛时申请教室，申请比赛物品，再到比赛会场纪律、卫生，以及算分，礼仪，拍照等。
都要提前安排好，才能确保比赛顺利进行。
其次，通过这次活动，我看到了部员们的能力与实力。
活动中他们任劳任怨，无论安排什么工作都没有抱怨，并且努力做好。
本次比赛的成功进行与他们的努力密不可分。
再次，我收获了友谊。
通过这次活动，我认识了很多学弟，学妹们。
有我们学院，也有其他学院。
我们通过这次活动相识，相知。

My fellow students,Last Friday, the Students’ Union of our Department organized a clean-up project to Zhongshan Lake.
