《达·芬奇密码》是美国作家丹·布朗的代表作。
小说从卢浮宫博物馆雅克·索尼埃被人谋杀引出了有着近千年历史的郇山隐修会与梵蒂冈教廷之间关于耶稣是神还是人的争斗。
对于郇山隐修会来说，他们坚持耶稣是一个人，他曾有着常人同样的情与爱，也曾有着与常人同样的家庭生活、有爱人、有后代；而对教廷来说，耶稣是一个拯救人类的神。
在长期的斗争中，最终郇山隐修会选择了沉默，他们永远地保守着相关能够证明他们观点的秘密，直到新的千年来到之际，才能公之予众。
然而，在新千年到来之际，以雅克·索尼埃等为首的郇山隐修会的四名主管，依然作出了保守秘密的选择。

客观地说，吸引着我的，除小说跌宕起伏的故事之外，对于达·芬奇一些耳熟能详的名画所作出的传奇性的解释，我同样看得如痴如迷，这倒并不是由于作者对这些名画所作阐述的新颖与另类，而是仔细想想是那么一回事，再仔细想想又似乎并不那么一回事，这样的感觉真得很奇妙，这也许是读这部小说的又一收获吧。
