在书中，海伦说：“知识给人以爱，给人以光明，给人以智慧，应该说知识就是幸福，因为有了知识，就是摸到了有史以来人类活动的脉搏，否则就不懂人类生命的音乐
”。
的确，知识的力量是无穷的，正是知识使海伦创造了这些人间奇迹
海伦是不幸的，但她又是幸运的，正是因为有了知识，她才如此幸运。
